After getting four estimates for a roof replacement we choose distinct exteriors. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and we were comfortable with him. He communicated with us through out the process. When the work started Dan was there and the work was done in one day. This is the third roof we have had replaced. Most impressive was the clean up, Dan and I found two nails on the ground. We got hit by the tornado last summer and while our insurance company gave us fits, John worked relentlessly on our behalf which resulted in us eventually being made whole (as John liked to say). I.e., we have a new roof and siding. John was great to work with and his crew did an excellent job. Would recommend Distinct exteriors to anyone.

Distinct Ext. did a great job to get me a quote in timely fashion, as well as shingle and color samples available. Our roof was done in March 2024, At 7am, the dump trailer was backed into the driveway, and at 4 pm the the job was done and workers were driving away. Tarps were spread around the house to protect the shrubery, and catch the shingles and nails during removal of the old roofing. Very meticulous workers and done a great job keeping the job site clean and orderly. Highly recommend Distinct Exteriors to anyone looking at a roof or siding project.

John came to the house to give us an estimate on our roof. Nice guy, very personable. Said roof could be done by end of April. By middle of October we still didn’t have a roof. There was no communication as to why it was taking so long or what was going on. Decided next year to go with someone else. Would not recommend them.

Dan and his crew come highly recommended. He is quick to respond to all questions and takes alot of pride in providing great service. He sent me many pixs of different shingle colors so I could go look and pick what would be best for our house. He was always prompt and great with communicating. These guys are good. They showed up on time went right to work. Removed old shingles and and installed new shingles working as a family. They were very fast and efficient. Completed all the work in one day. Roof looks great. They did a very nice job of cleaning up when they were done. I would hire this company again if I could.

Wow! From start to finish, Distinct Exteriors did an incredible job! We had leaking all over our house (first floor windows and upper level bedrooms). We had other companies come out and tell us the problem wasn't our roof when in fact, it was. John came out and spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of our roof. He showed us why and where the water was coming in. They got us on the schedule within a week...and this was early December! The weather cooperated and the roof was installed in a very professional manner. We appreciated that John and Dan both stopped out multiple times throughout the day to check on the progress. Happy to say we haven't had a single leak since the roof was replaced. Would highly recommend using Distinct Exteriors. The bid was great, too!
