As you may know, what separates a good service company and a great company is not the everyday maintenance. It is when the unforeseen happens and how it is managed. I can honestly say, Cool Technology Group is a GREAT IT company. We tried to go with a large reputable name company to handle our IT service for our mid-sized regional General Contractor company. When we had a major issue, we found out our service and account manager was laid off 2 weeks prior and no one informed us. They left us in the middle of our server migration from old to new with no help. Mr Chris Cool was able to take control of the mess they left us and get us back on track. Even at 5PM and our server went down due to the other company, Anthony with Cool Technology came to our office and got us back up and running. (No pressure. He just had the VP and the President sitting there watching him). They have also helped our transition to working remotely during these trying times with very few issues. They are always at the ready to assist. A great team that cares about the clients needs, how to help maintain, and forecast down the road. Thank you Chris and your team!!
