I’ve loved everything about CrossFit Duval since I joined a little over two months ago. Unlike some other CrossFit gyms in Jacksonville where you’re met with big egos at the door, this gym is welcoming, inclusive, and motivating. The coaches are fantastic -- friendly, super knowledgeable, and will push you without letting you get hurt. I had some specific physical goals in mind when joining and knew that I wouldn’t push myself on my own like I knew I needed unless I did something like this. CrossFit Duval has been exactly what I’ve been looking for and I’m already seeing significant improvements in my strength and endurance 👌😁.

I have been to 5 early morning classes, and I can already feel a difference. The instructors are wonderful and willing to work with beginners like me! Instructors and classmates are very encouraging!

CrossFit Duval (thankfully) took over a gym I had been a happy member of for more than seven years. And I'm still very much a happy member. The coaches are great. As someone who started these types of workouts in my 50s, I especially value how they help me adjust my workouts to my goals. I'm never going to be an Olympian or CrossFit Games competitor but I know the coaches at CrossFit Duval will help me be as strong and as fit as I can be. Give CrossFit Duval a try... you won't regret it.
