I have the opportunity to need this company 2 times within a week. Each time Lynn went above and beyond to help me out of the situation i was in. Her driver Nathan the first time and Jessie the next time came prompt to my rescue. They showed up with and smile and a willingness to do what was needed to rectify my situation. JG is the best!!! Their service is efficient, fast and top tier. Ms. Lin really cares about her customers as soon as you call her she’s sending someone your way. I’ve been stuck 2x in 2 weeks and each time they took less than 1 hour to reach me. Nathan and Jesse both were great with the tow and provided excellent service!
