Fantastic gym. Incredible coaches especially Kay and Kai.I have four daughters here. They have learnt so much and are insisting on upping the amount of lessons and progressing further.My wife insists on self defence for them, believes it's absolutely pivotal to their development so that they are able to defend and protect themselves at all times as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle and mind.We also believe that this should be taught as part of the education system. Which is much more important than some of the irrelevant material taught today.We are extremely glad we have found Gary and his Contender gym.
