The jambalaya was so very good with a bit of spicy kick. It was my first visit. My friend thought it a bit pricey..but we agreed we would go again and try other dishes. The fried flounder, with coleslaw and french fries was plenty with a cup of jambalaya. And we enjoyed the corn bread accompaniment. First time to gulf shores this evening. We were already talking about our next visit on the drive home. Everything we had was excellent. Jambalaya, shrimp, cod, crab cakes AND the corn bread was the best I’ve had! Our service was great too! Will definitely be a place we come back to regularly. Less

Having the appetite for a seafood dinner, we decided to try the Gulf Shores Restaurant.We liked how quickly we were acknowledged & seated upon entering the restaurant.The waiter appeared to be quite knowledgeable regarding many of the dishes. So many wonderful choices we couldn't decide. He was very patient & offered a suggestion we went with.Our food came rather quickly. It was nicely presented & tasted fresh & hot.Accessibility was good but with one issue. Access to the restrooms were a little challenging as they have a lot of chairs in the back corridor making it a bit tight to move around. Hopefully this is not an occurring issue as it could impose a safety hazzard for some. ♿ Less

Food was good, excellent service, and no wait to get a seat. Overpriced for the amount of food served. I had a cup of jumbo and another cup of clam chowder. The two cups of soup cost the same as an entree. My boyfriend ordered the cod dinner and complained about the serving size. Over the past few years the portion size has shrunk and price has increased. This has become the norm with many restaurants. Less
