I told him I already tried to tape it and it didn’t work I was about ready to leave when he said hold on a minute let me see something, so he grab a roll of electrical tape off the counter where he was standing and proceeded to tape it, which I didn’t ask him to do, but I let him go ahead and do what he was doing. He spent about five minutes piddling with it at the counter when he got done I told him this is not going to work there’s still a hole in it but being courteous I thought I would ask him how much I owe him I really thought he was going to say don’t worry about it but he said 20 bucks at first I thought he was just kidding. I repeated back 20 bucks and he said back kind of smart assed Well it could be $50 but our minimum charge is 20 bucks and he was dead serious so I reluctantly went ahead and gave him the 20 bucks. He gave me a receipt. I felt like I was really taken advantage of . I would never recommend this store. 20 bucks for a piece of electrical tape. I wonder what they would’ve charged if they could’ve fixed it right. Less

Thanks to the guys at the Vac Shack, my Dirt Devil was repaired. There was a short in the handle and they found the problem and fixed it. So, so happy. It's a convenient little vac and I missed it after it broke. Thanks again, guys. You're the best.

Opening the door revealed a beautiful greeter cat. Many other repaired machines. He took a look immediately. After a couple minutes he said I think I've got it. So I dropped it off. Less than 2 hours later he said it was fixed and just $30. I was overjoyed. The man was friendly and efficient. Perfect experience.

I had my old Dyson cleaned and serviced by the Vac Shack. It’s like a brand new vacuum cleaner. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround. If your old machine seems like it’s not doing as good a job as it used to, give them a try. Much cheaper than buying a new Dyson.

Two years ago. I decided to call wanted update the newest power nozzle for my Rainbow. They are very helpful, they have a adapter make it work with older E2 Rainbows. This year, I decided trade my Rainbow for new Rainbow. I love it. Much quieter. I highly recommend to buy parts or accessories for Rainbow from them. I definitely going order some accessories for my new Rainbow.
