I was needing parts for my older vacuum and was very happy that he was able to find parts that would fix my vacuum and he was able to replace them while I waited. Very reasonably priced parts and labor. The next day Evan come to the house and check out my central vacuum. He was able to fix the outlet that was not working. I did have to purchase a new power head, but he had that in stock and I am very happy with my unit now.

Evan is the owner of Vac Shack located in Festus and he was very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. He fixed my carpet extractor within a timely manner as well. Cost is definitely not bad either.

These guys know what they’re doing. I drove from Columbia Illinois and I was in and out in no time problem solved for my whole house vacuum system that we had installed in 1989. Adam is the real deal. It sure beat trying to figure out what I needed on line.

Evan recently installed extensions to our remodeled basement from our existing central vacuum system. He was very thorough and reasonably priced. One day after completing the installation of our basement vacuum extensions, he immediately came back out to our house to fix the system because the drywallers for the basement botched up our system (on a Saturday, no less!) by their severing a wire to the system making the suction fail. It wasn't Evan's fault, but theirs. He came out and saved the day! Great customer service!
