What can I say about Heart and Soul?
This CrossFit gym is amazing. My mom and I started going here and the workouts are intense but you will definitely get a good workout. The couches are awesome as well. The classes are great, and I can't wait to go for my 4th class this week!
Thank you Paul for teaching my son how to ride a bike! You are awesome!

Visiting from out of town so I dropped in for a class. Coach Eddie and the rest of the staff were all amazing! Truly the warm and inviting CrossFit environment that makes the community so amazing. I HIGHLY recommend you try taking a class here!
