When I travel I like to drop in to different CrossFit gyms. I've had the opportunity to drop into Red Wolf CrossFit several times over the years and I cannot recommend it enough if you need a gym to workout in or are in need of a drop in while traveling. The facility is top notch and very large. The equipment is well taken care of and the facility is very clean as well. The programming to top it off is fantastic and is well done. The coaches take their time to explain workouts and to go over the movements for the workout of the day. Please check out if you have a chance.

Our gym was closed for fumigation, so i came to Red Wolfe as a “refugee” this morning 😂 and I’m so glad i did!Matt, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and even gave me a free pass to come try out the gym. That kind of hospitality really says a lot about the community he has created.The facility is huge, clean, and really nice, with plenty of space to work out. I also met some very friendly people who made me feel welcome right away. Coach Aaron was great, knowledgeable, encouraging, and easy to follow.Thank you, Matt, and the whole Red Wolfe community for welcoming me in! I had a great workout and an even better experience. Definitely an A+ from me!💪

Dropped in today for the Group Class and was led through an amazing Upper Gymnastics session followed by a great ski/t2b workout.The Class was led by Aaron who helped me get set up and dialed in for the workout.Will be back for the rest of my visit here can’t wait 😤😤

Been doing crossfit for almost 10 years. Great location. Quality equipment and great layout. Owners are involved and it shows!. Many Quality coaches! its the complete package First impression , members (athletes) at all levels. Everyone is welcoming and nice. Highly recommend.

I dropped into Redwolf CrossFit for 2 weeks, I was doing job training nearby. I can’t say enough good things. The coach Aaron was so welcoming and kind. It’s a large 5am class so it would be easy to get lost, but the members are nice and helpful. It’s a large box with plenty of equipment. Lots of rowers, bikes, ski ergs. Bars, and dumbbells, and plates. The workouts were great, and plenty of options for scaling. I am glad I found them for my CrossFit away from home!!! Thank you so much!!!

Dropped in for the 5:00 AM class and had a great workout. The upper body and bench press workout was killer. Aaron was an awesome coach! super welcoming, clear instruction, and great energy. Solid gym and great vibes. Would definitely drop in again.

Matt is the real deal, and if you want to take your fitness seriously, he is the person to help! This is no BS, you come here and work! We’re visiting from the Bay Area and dropped in for an open gym session at CrossFit Red Wolf. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was positive and community-driven. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and clearly maintained with care. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was—made us feel right at home.
