So I really didn't want to have to get into this but I'm left with no choice, so 2 weeks ago I took a seizure which means I cannot legally drive for a while so that being said Scott took Natalie to her taekwondo class the next day but because he works crazy long hours they ended up 4 minutes late only 4 friggin minutes guys and because of the 4 minutes she was sent home despite my husband explaining the reason,so needless to say we had to pull her out of taekwondo because his work schedule and my health, however we paid 6 months upfront and still have 3 months left and they are refusing to give us the remainder of our money back....we are very upset about this and it's not rocket science we are owed a refund for the months of September, October and November. It's that simple.....no where in the contract does it state that if we have to cancel that we loose our money... has anyone else ever dealt with this kind of situation? Less

I think that the US taekwondo school is awesome. All the instructors are amazing. My son enjoys being there and my wife and I enjoy it too. They have a bigger purpose than just taking your money. Every child is special and treat as so. They want to bring out the best in your child instilling discipline and confidence. It’s about becoming a better you, not kicking the highest or punching the hardest or even yelling the loudest. Our son was recently diagnosed with AFHD and weren’t sure what to do about his behavior. This school has really made an impact on him. My husband and I cannot believe the improvement in his behavior. We would recommend this school to anyone and everyone. It has truly changed our lives.
