I have worked with Hercules twice and would use them again . Very professional , Jarrett in main office is prompt and the staff ( Steven and Kevin) helped me with disassembling a very heavy, tall and complicated bookshelf which others had declined to undertake. Both worked nonstop for 8 hours with a smile and eager to help. Jarrett helped me with organising shipping high end furniture to the west coast from Miami and also moving furniture to storage. Outstanding moving company. Extremely professional and efficient. Long story short, was left high and dry by the company I originally booked, so I called Hercules and asked if they could schedule a crew within two days. They did, got the COI to the apartment building within the day, and had me moved in. Nick and Rey were the movers and both were phenomenal. Their effort to carefully wrap and move my belongings was very noticeable and they made sure to put even the heaviest and awkward items where I requested.
