Bad service

We coordinated this move for one of our design firm clients, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We ran into a challenge when a large item wouldn’t fit through a small staircase, but the team stayed proactive, came back with a solution, and successfully completed the move without issue. Everyone was professional, communicative, and great to work with throughout the process. We really appreciated their persistence, problem-solving, and care with our client’s items.
