Today went really well we had a service man come who was able to pinpoint pretty quickly (why ?) our water pressure was so different on all levels in our home.Dillon the service man explained to me (actually showed me) the 'evidence ' to the specific problem. In this we learnt that it was our water softener needed to be replaced.He was honest and knowledgeable and helped to understand in a practical way what the solution would be to get us up and running again with hot water and good water pressure.Thanks Dillon...from DUNN RIGHT plumbing!
