We had a sump pump that was dying because of age and of course, only realized it during the heaviest rainfalls of summer 2024. Out of the 10 or so plumbing companies that we tried to contact, Plumbing Dunn Right was one of 3 that actually responded and gave a sh*t about helping us replace the pump. For some reason, the other plumbers just didn't care to respond if they feel the job isn't "big enough" or worth their time or our money. I can easily name all of them here but I won't. Anyway, Plumbing Dunn Right actually answered their phones, responded promptly, courteously and professionally. They even had someone come out the next day! I believe his name was Andrew. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. There was no upsell, no "surprise" issues that would have cost more money (you know what I mean) and was in and out in under 2 hours. And that included the time we chatted. I've been working in the service industry for all my professional career so I totally appreciate when service providers return calls promptly, conduct themselves professionally, efficiently and don't try to rip off the customer. I will absolutely recommend Plumbing Dunn Right again for my next plumbing issue. And since my home is a "Mattamy special", God knows there will be more issues.
