Absolutely love this place. I had never heard of them until recently buying my new house . They were extremely patient with figuring out paperwork and finding out what we needed. Then on delivery the front way of our home is very difficult to get large items in. They took the time to help take the railing off to get the fridge in the door. The delivery guys were amazing. They were super nice until I got stuff for them. Then they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered when my stuff was delivered. A piece of it was broke. They supposedly was going to fix it so I called them about something else that I wanted that they were supposed to get back with me. It didn’t matter if it was bigger small it’s just the point the same energy you gave me when I was getting the other stuff should’ve been what you put into getting me the other stuff that I wanted. Then they tried to say we’ve only been a customer for such amount of time because they were having issues with getting it, but had they told me what was going on or just ordered me one we wouldn’t be in that situation I called and was asking them about the other thing that I wanted and they ended up telling me yeah we were coming out today to do your fix your cabinet I was like how was you coming out today if you guys never even called me and made an appointment to come out like we told you the other day I was like you never told me anything long story short everything peaches and creams with them when your first getting stuff but after your customer they’re not worth having Less

Oh my gosh I've been with premier rental as long as I can remember they always have. Nice products electronics furniture the delivery drivers are very respectable quick deliveries you name it it goes on and on the staff is very well trained with experience it goes on and on I am in year number 18 and it's been wonderful to know that you have someone like Scott and Paul and his team thank premier for being there when we need you Less

I had never heard of premier before moving to the area I have always been very iffy about rental places due to a bad experience with one. I decided to give them a try and I was very pleased. Upon entering the Dayton location I was greeted more than enough times! By every single staff member. I let them know I was looking around and they said take your time and if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. I found the set I wanted and our worker was very informative I don’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but the two woman we had were wonderful. They did our application quick and approved us and had our furniture delivered the very next day. They said between 5 and 7 and they was there right at 5 which in my experience was a first. Normally I would have been waiting till 7 or after. Thank god that was not the case my delivery men were top of the line. They assured the furniture was positioned exactly how I wanted it and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving overall 10/10 Less

When I say they are fast, effective, and genuine - I MEAN FAST, EFFECTIVE, & GENUINE! Their employee Roegina needs a raise. From the first phone call to after delivery she truly cared. She made sure the application process went smoothly. She was very patient with me while I was shopping. She was not pushy nor rushed me whatsoever. After the delivery, she even went the extra mile to call me and make sure everything was in order. Brandon and Antuan were fast and efficient with the delivery. Premier Rental was truly a blessing to my life. I pray that the company is truly grateful for these employees that go above and beyond for their customers. My experience was not that great. My appliances was demented and the workers did not have the proper requirement to bring it in and damaged the fridge and the couple days later I was judged off of the area I lived in after my stove exploded the first time I used it. The "owner" did fix it after a very unprofessional attitude. I returned the appliances a week before my next payment was due and did not get a return of my money for the week I did not have it, and mind you I was never late on a payment or anything! Definitely do not recommend them unless you are I desperate need. Less

I have had nothing but hassles, not getting my payments taking out when they should have costing hundreds of dollars in over draft fees and never once an apology or compensation, I mean the incompetence I have told them to come get the merchandise before they totally ignored me and they still have not got my contract under my own name it is under someone else's name and I had to have a very rude and unnecessary conversation with a sales rep her telling me she can come get my merchandise when my payments are automatic I'm not behind. I would not recommend nor will they ever get my business ever again this place is foul Less

I was having a really bad day because my fridge went out and I had lost everything in my fridge. My neighbors recommended Premier to me. From the moment I walked in until I left every single person was ever so friendly to me and it was very warming and welcoming. Then Matt delivered my new fridge at 1 pm and was awesome. I rented a stove and refrigerator from the East Town location and I paid on these items for 4 months before needing car repairs so I had to let them go back for a month ...i was promised the items would be held for me till I reinstated my payments so when the items were bright back to me they were not what I sent back...the refrigerator was all scratched and dinged up and even had a DIFFERENT serial number than the one I returned...when I called to ask the manager what happened she got irate and called me an idiot saying it was the one I sent back when I told her I had written down the serial number she said I was a liar...I WOULDN'T STOP IN THAT STORE TO USE THE RESTROOM LET ALONE RENT ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN...I went to AARONS and I've been a HAPPY customer for over a year now...THANK YOU PREMIER !!! I have been renting from premier rental for a long time now, almost every piece of furniture I have, I rented from them. Scott, the store manager is a great man. He is willing to work with his customers to help meet their needs. I have never been treated badly or unfair from the people that work there They are a great bunch of people! There is something wrong with the people who have nothing to say but negative things about the store. It's a great place to rent from, if you are looking for beautiful furniture, excellent customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Premier Rental Purchase, I absolutely love you guys. I will say the living room furniture I have is lovely and well priced. However I was told that I could not receive a print out of my payments when I came in to pay off my living room furniture. I paid what was quoted to not argue with the manager. However I was coming up 28th something different and when asked to explain why her response was I am not going to debate with you. Never once did I get loud our curse at her. I work in customer service and to ask a question to get an understanding is and should never be considered a debate. I am honest so I am not going to say I was always on time because I was not. However always paid my reinstatement fee and my records showed something far different. If asked would recommend this store, I would have to say yes, however keep all your records. To be quoted one price and then to pay something in two hours to be quoted something else is just not right. I own my furniture but I can not say it was a wonderful experience overall. That is sad when I work in the field of customer service. Less
