I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gym when I was here for work. The coaches here are great- super knowledgeable and their programming is top tier. you can tell they really care about their members. This gym has a great community and I genuinely look forward to coming here weekly now.

So lucky to have found this gym during our visit to the Hernando Beach area! Coaches were amazing and excellent at scaling the workout for each athlete. Beautiful, clean, large facility with great equipment. Best of all, a friendly, welcoming community of supportive athletes made me feel at home. So good, I went every day! I can not express enough how wonderful this gym is. Jessica, Joe, and Mel are the most professional, thorough, and knowledgeable coaches I have the honor to know. Throughout the warm up and workout, they provide guidance each step of the way. I never feel like I will injure myself. I have been able to lift and grow more in 3 months then I have my entire years of working out combined. They are all so kind and positive and never have an ill word to say. It is such a refreshing environment to be a part of. You have lifelong members from my family. Thank you all for far exceeding my expectations of a gym and it’s owners. A true model for others.

While staying in Florida for a few months, I tried CrossFit for the first time at FTX fitness. I loved my time at this gym and will miss it! The classes were great - they were constantly changing yet building on each other every week to encourage strength progression (moving from higher reps to 4-rep maxes). The trainers are knowledgeable and welcoming - the classes are challenging but are adaptable to injury, age, level, etc. I have tried a lot of different class styles and never saw results in just two months like I did with FTX. I will now be continuing my CrossFit journey after returning to Colorado. Thank you Jess & Joe!

FANTASTIC GYM! Our niece tried FTX’s kids program earlier today and has not stopped taking about it!!!! She had so much fun with Coach Bill and the other kids. This program was well-thought out as it incorporated exercise into kid’s games. She left feeling like she was part of a team, and her self-confidence was elevated because she performed exercises and tasks she was not sure she could do and some she had never heard of. She’s particularly excited to have learned what a burpee is, and says that’s her favorite exercise. Again, fantastic job to Coach Bill and FTX for this program that boosts up the self-confidence of children in this community!

Before you guys comment on this review the answer is no, I haven’t been to your new gym, but I have experienced your services at a nearby (now competitor) gym. While I will admit you guy were excellent coaches, from what I’ve seen, the same can not be said for your character. I was going to remain silent on this issue, but when I saw your symbol tonight spray painted in the roadway at a local competing gym, I knew I had to let my opinion known. I wish you all the best in your new business but ask that you let what happened stay in the past and stop with the negativity. Take the high road, It’ll be better for all involved.

After doing CrossFit for almost 5 years, I had the chance to meet and start training with Jessica and Joe. It didn’t take long to realize that their qualifications and experience in this sport surpasses everything else offered in the hernando county area. FTX is a brand new location. It’s a large gym, with top of line equipment, and the gym is kept in pristine condition. The programming is fun and challenging, and the atmosphere in the gym makes it feel like you’re part of a family. Everyone is encouraging and supportive, and everyone cheers each other on. Jess and Joe understand the importance of scaling movements to each athlete’s ability and know how to accomplish that in a safe and effective way. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get healthier and stronger to come in and try out FTX.

I went to FTX health today. I am a trainer from Palm beach county. I first walked in to an amazing clean friendly helpful gym. From the minute I walked in I felt the confidence of the trainers. They walked over to each student throughout the class and made sure their form was right and they were ok! The interaction of the students was also great. Everyone got along so well and cheered each other on. Loved loved loved it. I will be back
