Quick and fantastic service. Very easy to rent the unit which we had for 8 months during a renovation. On hours notice (can’t say this would always happen) we needed the unit moved for unexpected utility work. They came and moved it to allow completion of an ongoing utility project. Moving is and always will be a nightmare. We went back and forth with whether or not to get a storage container, and honestly, it was by far the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process. Ramin (sp) was so attentive to every call,text, or email, and every request or question we had no matter the time of day. He delivered the UNITS container the day we wanted and even sent us a picture upon delivery to confirm it was placed exactly where we wanted. It was plenty big and so clean. He even delivered to us straps that we requested at a later time that we didn't think we needed at the time of delivery. On moving day, we were still filling the unit so we asked if we could have more time and he accommodated the request and when he arrived he even allowed us more time to get a few more things in. I'm so happy with him, the service and container but even happier that we didn't go with the bigger name company (you know who I'm talking about). I can't emphasize enough how much easier our move went because of this man and this container. If you are on the fence about getting a container and who to get it from, stop thinking and start filling your UNITS now. When I started looking for a portable storage unit, I found there were a lot of options. I went with UNITS Mainly because they were cheaper, and it turned out to be a great experience as well. Very prompt, clean, secure, and they can move and put that box within an inch of where you want it! Great service. We have a very narrow driveway onto a grass hill of a backyard. They made it down the driveway with millimeters to spare! We’ve had the unit now for almost a year due to a home renovation, just picked up with no drama. Basically the only part of the home renovation that went off without a hitch. Less

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Ramin is responsive, fast and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our Unit was dropped off when we asked, picked up with a date change that he quickly and graciously accommodated, stored securely for a few weeks and then delivered to our new home (again, with another date change that was again accommodated with no issues) when it was supposed to. All of the contents are just as we left them before storing. This is the best way to move your stuff!! I am amazed by the technology (seriously, watching his team “drive” the unit into place perfectly is so cool!) and so happy with the service. I am beyond satisfied with Ramin and his team.
