Just got a unit over here in Methuen. I dealt with Mary, I believe she is the general manager. Very attentive and polite. The place was warm and clean. I would recommend this place over other companies in the area, I've dealt with a couple. Again Mary was great, and there seems to be a positive work culture over there 5 stars

I was very happy with everything! Ramin was great to work with, made everything very easy for me. The best part for me was the communication. It made it very easy to figure out the total cost of everything and creating a plan for dropping the unit off and picking up it for both houses. Larry was great letting me know ETAs for pickup and drop-offs as well! Recommend 100%

The new manager David is absolutely amazing! He took the time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and make me feel welcome. The facility was super clean and organized and I felt extremely comfortable using them for my storage needs. I will be recommending them to my family friends as well
