Just got a unit over here in Methuen. I dealt with Mary, I believe she is the general manager. Very attentive and polite. The place was warm and clean. I was very happy with everything! Ramin was great to work with, made everything very easy for me. The best part for me was the communication. It made it very easy to figure out the total cost of everything and creating a plan for dropping the unit off and picking up it for both houses. Among all the companies in New England offering moving or rental service, it is quite overwheming to know where to start or who to choose. I learned the hard way understanding that what it's popular isn't always the best option. I had to deal with companies that consumed my time and energy unsuccesfully. I had to cancel 2 deliveries, even when they were already at my door because of logístical issues. Ramin and Units Northshore is exactly what I was hoping for. We’ve lived in our home for almost 20 years and moving is very stressful. Everybody wants a piece of your wallet, so I did a lot of research. I was looking for movers, moving companies, storage/moving containers, and there is a lot to choose from. You never really know what you are going to get, but I have ZERO regrets in choosing Units, NS. Ramin and his equipment have all been impeccable, flexible, prompt, thorough, convenient, and I am perfectly pleased. Don’t always go with the big brand! I chose this business over the many others I had to choose from and I’m glad I did. I immediately felt like a valued customer even before I was one! Businesses seem to be forgetting what customer service is all about, but not these guys!

This is a great storage unit service. The team is knowledgeable and helpful. I used them because they can fit one of their units through an 8 foot gap. Most companies need 14 feet. That made it possible to get the unit into our back yard so we could still use the driveway for parking. Highly recommend!

Ramin and his team are professional, quick to respond to inquiries, and go the extra mile to ensure your storage POD is delivered and picked-up without damaging your driveway or the contents inside. I have used other companies before and UNITs delivered an immaculately clean storage unit, on-time and for a price that beat all the others! This was a much better experience than the units I’ve used from the national moving and storage companies. Also, you can feel good about going with a locally owned and operated company.

Quick and fantastic service. Very easy to rent the unit which we had for 8 months during a renovation. On hours notice (can’t say this would always happen) we needed the unit moved for unexpected utility work. They came and moved it to allow completion of an ongoing utility project. I highly recommend.

Moving is and always will be a nightmare. We went back and forth with whether or not to get a storage container, and honestly, it was by far the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process. Ramin (sp) was so attentive to every call,text, or email, and every request or question we had no matter the time of day. He delivered the UNITS container the day we wanted and even sent us a picture upon delivery to confirm it was placed exactly where we wanted. It was plenty big and so clean. He even delivered to us straps that we requested at a later time that we didn't think we needed at the time of delivery. On moving day, we were still filling the unit so we asked if we could have more time and he accommodated the request and when he arrived he even allowed us more time to get a few more things in. I'm so happy with him, the service and container but even happier that we didn't go with the bigger name company (you know who I'm talking about). I can't emphasize enough how much easier our move went because of this man and this container. If you are on the fence about getting a container and who to get it from, stop thinking and start filling your UNITS now.Thank you a million times for being so helpful and lessening the stresses that come with a move!!!!!
