When I first joined I was taking daily, sometimes twice daily breathing treatments due to my asthma and was unable to even make it half a lap walking my neighborhood block. Now just months later I am no longer needing breathing treatments (unless severely environmentally triggered), able to walk my full neighborhood without tiring, run around with my kids and so much more! I’m on the verge of meeting my first BIG weight loss milestone and stronger than I was at my fittest. Yesterday I took a class called strength at The Steel Room. As Christy Phelps was teaching I was astounded at what an amazing teacher she was! Not just an instructor, not just a motivator but such an educated teacher! She explained very important aspects so articulately. She really went a step beyond what most do. I am incredibly impressed and I can’t wait to go back!
