Excellent communication. The 18' trailer I rented was of professional heavy-duty quality and not some trashed home-welded unit. It included a 12,000lb winch with poly winch line and a wireless controller. Also included four HD ratchet straps AND an adjustable HD Reese hitch assembly! The trailer was clean and the deck was in excellent condition. The electric brakes worked perfectly with my truck's controller. I will be renting from RuthlessInc again! Less
