Tony, the mgr, was friendly and very helpful to me when I was in a jam and heading out of town, but was experiencing some kind of noise in the driver front of the car. Previously had four new tires put on at the dealership, but they couldn’t get me in to help me out and neither could another car shop. I explained to Tony what the problem was and he advised that he needed to drive the car and there might be a diagnostic fee. That was fine with me. 10 minutes later the car was on the lift and he was showing me that the lug nut holding the front left tire on was loose. They took care of it right away and did a front end alignment. They also checked the remaining lug nuts. I was so grateful they took care of the problem which could’ve turned out to be disastrous for me driving from NM to California. There’s not a single thing negative that I could say about this experience. The shop and Tony were fabulous and worth every penny, which was very reasonably priced. Less

One of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had. Tony and his team are amazing at what they do! Was broken down on my way to OR from NC and was recommended to come by Expert Auto by another mechanic that couldn’t fix my vehicle, a new crankshaft position sensor. I thought I was going to have to get my diesel sprinter van towed, but luckily I came to expert auto (literally saved me thousands of dollars in towing expenses). He fixed the problem and also did general maintenance (changed my fuel filter), which he thought might also be causing some issues. Tony set appropriate expectations through the whole process and asked for a couple days to look at the vehicle. He had it done and fixed within a few hours and at a very reasonable price! I made it all the way to OR in 2 days with no further issues with my vehicle. He even called me the next day on my drive to check how the vehicle was running, truly above & beyond service. Less
