I stopped in without an appointment. Honestly I only expected a diagnosis. Tony inspected my car, and explained exactly what was going on. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and answered all of my questions.He fixed the problem on the spot and had me back on the road in no time. My car was acting funny as I entered Santa Fe on my cross-country trip and Tony recognized my urgency and saw me immediately. He took me on a test drive to identify the issue and afterwards showed me what was wrong in the shop. Ended up being a bad wheel bearing. He got the issue fixed right then and there and I was on the road later that day. He literally saved me!!!! I will never forget his kindness and generosity. Rating: 10000/10 I got so lucky 😊

Excellent service! Very pleased and happy. Took my car in for a unusual ticking/knocking sound in the motor. Although nothing was found that was a serious concern, he still tried to diagnose it. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend company.

Expert Auto Repair fixed my AC after the last repair shop had me believing I’d have to save up for the repair, labor and parts needed. I took my vehicle to Expert Auto and he had my AC blowing out cold air in no time. I was surprised that he had fixed it so quickly. Then to top it off the price was unbeatable. I left there happy and thankful. It definitely was a blessing to have found this shop. I will be returning here for all my vehicle maintenance in the future. Thank you for helping me and getting my AC working again. The customer service was amazing, he made sure to explain to me what I needed to know. His shop is beautiful and clean. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere to be waiting in. Also the restroom was clean!

Great experience. Just passing through when our alternator died. Expert Auto got us in the same day and discovered the water pump was going bad as well. They replaced everything that afternoon and we were back on the road. Total time it took? Less than 4 hours! Highly recommended.
