Simonton Patio Door Warranty claim for broken door handle and lock mechanism. This company provided technician for warranty service. Simonton originally handled calls for warranty issues, but sold this to Cornerstone Building brands. A big company to deal with but their local service company is Grizzly. Abigail at Grizzly was great for arranging service. She promptly returned phone calls and followed up on the long process of getting a replacement part. Highly recommend grizzly! Less

Buyer beware, we had 7 windows and two sliders installed. They ordered the wrong sliding glass door for one room . Left the worksite full of trash. I had to pick it up. But worst of all they put a lean on my house because I refused to pay for the sliding glass door until it was replaced and working properly. 5 trips to my house over 4 months. Finally they finished but I have been unable to get a receipt or the warranty they promised from the manufacturer. I have called several times. If I could give a zero star review I would. Less
