What a great place to get sweaty! Tyler and her crew have built themselves and the community a gem of a box. I was in Nacogdoches for a work contract and needed a box. And man, did I find one. They just moved to the new location and it is perfect. Spacious, well designed and all the cool equipment you could need. Tyler and the group of coaches are great! They are always available to answer questions or gently guide you in the right direction. Sadly, my contract ended and I am leaving. But if you live in Nac and want to start crossfit or you are already in the fold and need a change, you will not be disappointed. Im going to miss this place. I truly had a blast here and you will too!

I am SUPER grateful to Tyler, Ryan, Samantha, and other coaches for whipping me back into skiing shape. I was able to hit the slopes after knee reconstruction with their help strengthening my entire body and stabilizing my injured knee. I also love the CrossFit community that we have, it’s very encouraging!

I honestly never understood the CrossFit craze until I joined CrossFit Nac and now I LOVE IT!!!!! The 5am class is like my morning coffee and it makes me feel so good. I have been going for 2 months now and I’ve made so many friends and feel so welcome! The Coaches are amazing and have taught me a lot! Even if you don’t know a thing they will walk you through it, I love CrossFit Nac!

I love CrossFit Nac!!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Ryan runs the class that I regularly attend and he’s very cool! I rarely know what the workouts are by their names but he never makes me feel dumb… just demonstrates and moves on! I was skeptical about joining a CrossFit program at first, but I am so glad I did… I have been going for about 5 weeks now and am already feeling stronger and have so much more energy. Seriously, if you are on the fence, JUST DO IT!!

I LOVE crossfit Nac! As a college student having somewhere I can get a solid, quick (only an hour) workout without having to plan it myself makes it all worth it! All I have to do is walk in the gym and burn calories.

It was a spur of the moment decision to attend a trial class at CrossFit Nac. A decision I have not regretted. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me modify the workouts to my level. This encourages me to complete the workouts and be successful. The members are just as helpful and encouraging. If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would be getting up at 4:15am for a 5am workout, I would told you were crazy. I am enjoying the workouts. I feel so much better and have more energy. I highly encourage you try them!
