Ive worked out at various gyms throughout the years and always watched cfnac from the sidelines. I finally set my insecurities aside and joined my friend Christina for a class!!! it was hard, exciting and addicting. I'm 50+ and have MS. I work out one on one with Tyler. It's incredible the transformation she's made in my quality of life in such a short period of time. She encourages me and knows that I CAN! The atmosphere is like family. Nice ending to a stressful day.

A co-worker dragged me kicking and screaming to try it out in January and I’ve been returning regularly. I am a big baby about trying anything new especially around strangers, but Tyler and the other coaches have made things easy for me. I have worked with the different coaches at different times since I started, and they have all been great. The coaches will break down each work out for you and explain how to do each of the exercises. They will even modify the work out so that anyone from a beginners (like me) to a pro can enjoy the work out. While I find the evening classes can be overwhelming with so many people working out, the coaches are still great about showing you how to do the exercises. The early morning classes are less overwhelming to me since only a few people attend the these classes. One of the best things about CrossFit Nac is that no one judges you on what you can’t do. The coaches can start you out on a very simple work out and build you up from there if you ask. Since I am a beginner, they let me start out with simple things and have built me up to the more complicated exercises each week. It’s great seeing the difference in what I did in the beginning and what I am able to do now. I have lost 4lbs since January and that is only going 2 days a week. Less

The team of coaches have completely helped me change my life. They have been helpful, so patient, and worked with me every step of the way. They have showed me proper technique, given me advice on countless topics and made me feel at home. I absolutely love this gym.

I came into town for the weekend and wanted to not skip a WOD. I reached out to Crossfit Nac and they allowed me to attend a class. The programming was awesome, the coach was very communicative and the members were welcoming.

I highly recommend Crossfit Nac! They have great programming, plenty of equipment that's in great shape and they are easily accessible from anywhere in town! What matters most to me though, is the community. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help and/or encourage one another through the workout. Overall a great experience!

I walked into CFN 3 days after being cleared from surgery! After more physical health problems and unable to continue CrossFit at that point in time, CFN still welcomed me in everyday to help with the overbearing sadness I was feeling. Here I am, 3 years later, 2 moves, and 2 boxes later. Thankful for the decision I made to walk in the doors of CFN.

The coaches are great and the box is friendly. When I drop in I come from south of Huntington (60 miles round trip), and it's worth the drive every time. You'll definitely get a great workout!
