I give UNITS ( Slidell, LA location) my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!! It is very rare for me to write a review- I do so for only 2 reasons: EXCEPTIONAL service, or horrible service. AMY with UNITS (Slidell, LA location) has provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & has been an unbelievable JOY to work with which is saying a lot given what we have been going through! My family and I recently and are still going through some MAJOR unexpected, extremely disruptive, needless to say stressful and expensive home repairs. While doing some minor updates, painting etc, FIVE leaks & subsequent damage were discovered in our home none of which will likely be covered under our homeowners insurance. We had to quickly evacuate our house including boarding all of our pets, and storing our furniture and belongings so that we could begin to remedy the mold and mildew issue which took over the sub-flooring. It has been a nightmare- from an unpleasant hotel experience; to a flooring company that took twice as long as expected, made a huge mess and did not finish the job. We have been able to move back into our home, but are living all on the second floor. I have had debilitating daily headaches since moving home- likely from all the microscopic debris. We have since hired an excellent 'Emergency Cleaning Company" (PuroClean) to thoroughly clean the house including air ducting and a competent flooring company (Maestri) to finish the flooring removal job. I am hopeful I will stop having headaches soon. Meanwhile AMY with UNITS (Slidell, LA location) has bent over backwards to make all of this as easy as possible from their end: AMY always took my calls and quickly responded to my texts, AMY worked with us to modify the rate since everything has been out of pocket for us, AMY was willing to be flexible with how long we had the UNIT- which was 2 months rather than 3-5 days as expected, and she even was able to have the UNIT picked up same day!!!
