GREAT! We really didn’t know what to eat, so we decided to go for something new, and we ended up at Greek Cook & Grill. We’d heard from friends that it was very nice but hadn’t had a chance to try it ourselves. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was great.We started with draft beer and a few starters. The waitress offered us some olives on the house, which was a nice gesture, and soon after that, our starters arrived. I chose grilled feta cheese, and my partner went for calamari. It was the best feta cheese I’ve ever had in my life—it had so much flavor and just the right amount of spices, AMAZING ! The lady who served us helped me with my wine choice by offering a little wine tasting of Greek wines. For the main course, we both chose chicken souvlaki, and it was delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection—so juicy and tasty. At the end we were treated with a shot of Greek liqueur which was also very nice. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely go back. Delicious food, okay portions at a reasonable price. I didn't even take pictures we were so busy eating! We had hummous and pitta bread, the hummous was tasty, the pitta bread was delicious but 4 small slices between 2 was not really enough. We had the mixed grill for 2 people so that we could try a variety of meats. They were all good! And the home made fries were the best... again this could have been a slightly bigger portion between 2 people. We will definately be back. Staff were friendly and helpful.
