He was very nice before getting the order. I liked the way he dealt with me when i ordered to install the blinds. But after getting the blinds installed, 2 of the blinds stopped working correctly within 6 months of installation date and when I informed Leo about it he started showing me attitude as if I owe him something. He never informed me that if i install the blinds myself he is not responsible for the warranty. I have to pay him extra money to replace my 2 bad blinds. I would like to caution new customers to get it in writing whatever he commits before finalizing the order. Reply: It was manufacturing defect and not due to poor install. Blinds not going up and down and causing crackling sound was not happening due to poor install. There were only brackets to install and I am still trying to understand how can (poor) installation cause internal issues to blinds. You visited and made checks to make sure it was manufacturing defects and mentioned that you would replace these blinds during the visit. But after that you said these blinds had to be sent back for repair and it will take atleast a month. I told you I am fine with the one in the living room but we cant stay a month without a blind in our master bedroom. You always said before the purchase that you will replace the blinds if defective without asking any question like other vendors do, that was the main reason I put an order with you not because of prices, service matters more than price. Please do not put blame on poor installation.
