I normally dont comment. But i gotta give credit where its due. Hernan was able to kill my doubts i had about Solar. I had multiple solar guys come to my door and couldnt explain the process well enough. But he simplified it for me and was very patient with my calls after signing. Thank You Power Five.

My wife and I had solar installed on our roof last Summer and our system went live in August of 2022. We opted for the lease approach instead of a purchase. So, we did not have to put any money upfront at all. Zero. I work in Finance/Accounting and generally feel that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. But in this case, it truly has turned out even better than we could have hoped for. We went with PowerFive Solar because they had some of the most knowledable reps and we have been very happy with it.

Hernan is the engineer you want to talk to. It's like he let me known what problems I'd face upfront AND gave a solution. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage. It felt like my uncle who was just trying to help me make an informed decision. My experience with Power five Solar was fantastic, and I'm extremely happy with my solar system! I had been looking for a solar system for a while and had spoken with a few companies. Many of them would try to sell me other options that I wasn't interested in or would wait until I visited their warehouse before quoting me. Then I got in touch with Power Five. They were extremely haughty from the start. They were very supportive from the start and did not attempt to influence my decision in any way.They provided me with an accurate and upfront estimation. When the fellow came out and installed the meter on August 25th 2021 of last year was when there was the ability to record the difference. And when the PowerFive app became operational the day after, so it would give you your daily generation. Because August and September were still peak production months, I was surprised about how it offset the electrical bill for that first couple months. I was impressed. Solar is more than what I thought it would be.

PowerFive was able to get back to me with my questions usually within the same day or the next day. Of course, with everybody wanting solar, and the whole pandemic happening, things were delayed a little longer than we had anticipated. They had changed our solar plan but forgot to update the design so we had issues going into it. But things were taken care of. I don't understand everything about it yet because there are six months of it where we aren't getting billed. It says we have a credit of 200 and something, and our bill from GMP is $30 to $40 when we got them, so we've only been doing this a couple months. So to be able to say I'm 100% satisfied, so far I am, but I just don't understand the whole end of it.

PowerFive itself did good. The original installers were on schedule and very good and took care of everything they were supposed to. My install is May 0f 2021 could not have gone any better.

In early 2019, we contracted with PowerFive to have one of their arrays mounted on our roof, with the usual contractual agreement. Their salesman pretty much stated that, in addition to monthly power savings, we would get a refund from the power company after the annual "true up", when the additional power created by the system, over our usage, would be paid for (to us).

Before PowerFive came in and put the panels, the tech left his phone number with me and said, "If you could think of anything else that you like to ask." So I called him a couple of times with questions that I had before they did the setup. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting into something that I was gonna be sorry down the line. So I wanted to make sure that this was for me and it was right for us. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to the best he could. I was happy with his service and what he explained and the way he explained it.

If you're anything like us. My wife and I were tired of the multitude of solar calls and our front door. Would get hit upon at least 3 to 5 or more times a week. It was ridiculous. It got to the point we would simply tell them. We're not interested, which we weren't. Or were selling the house. Just to get rid of them. This was true until we spoke with the guys from PowerFive. They weren't pushy. They were very professional. They did what they said and explained to us everything they were going to do. Our experience since being installed through them has been exceptional. The savings offered were right on point and they made this process seamless. My wife and I would highly recommend speaking with them to see if solar would be a right fit for you.
