Told us to go to Home Depot to buy a product to clean the smoke stain on the fireplace. Couldn't check the dryer duct due to the bush in front of it. They never got on the roof to check the masonry. There's no way they could see from the sidewalk as it was dark. Not a happy customer. You can spin it anyway you want to. I know what i was told. I know what i requested. I understood the dryer vent issue. Not a problem. However, I WAS TOLD Mike would clean the outside of the fireplace since he had 30 years experience. While i understand the COVID situation, perhaps the employee that took the message was sick. However, i KNOW what I requested. UPDATE: Mike called my fiancee and was yelling at him about my review. I had initially given a one star review, due to the way the technician left the surrounding of the chimney and then the lack of response for my complaint. However after a few days, they contacted me and offer to contract a cleaning company to take off the stains of our sofa.
