I understood the dryer vent issue. Not a problem. However, I WAS TOLD Mike would clean the outside of the fireplace since he had 30 years experience. First of all I was giving a price of $150 dollors for each fireplace.He told me it was 175 for each.Dont think that was nice.He only took not even 15 min to clean each one.I wasn't very happy at all
