In the past they have broken some things when we used them on a regular basis, like the microwave and a picture frame on the wall, but I know stuff happens, even when we clean. And you might need to kennel your pets because they bring all their own cleaning supplies (which is fantastic) and we get concerned with the front door left open while they bring it all in and then when they leave. Our dogs will not stay if someone is coming through the front door. Overall though we decided we prefer Avanti due to all the things listed above and Hubby wants them back on a regular basis :) Less

Avanti Green Eco Cleaning is AMAZING! A friend recommended them and has been using them for 10 years. Now I know why. Amanda and Kelly came out and did a superb job cleaning my home. Literally nothing ever meets my standards for absolutely anything, and I rarely leave reviews. Avanti Green was recommended to me by a friend, but I didn't pull the trigger until I saw the place of a mutual friend and it was beautiful. This person keeps a very neat house anyway, so I still had my doubts, as I have a dog and cat (each with a TON of fur), very high pile carpet throughout my whole upstairs that my Dyson struggles with, white tile all downstairs, and again the whole distrust of anyone meeting my high bar. I was blown away! I had been out of town for several days before they came, and was running on very little sleep and in a "nothing is going to phase me in this state of absolute exhaustion" state, and when I opened my door after getting home from the airport my house smelled *amazing* (like wintergreen!) and everything sparkled. I have a large Lego collection, they're a nightmare to dust so I simply don't. AND THEY DID. My wood blinds are completely spotless, my carpet is so soft, and for a few glorious hours the place was hairless (the pets came home then). My only complaint is that I received a message from them stating they would call me at a particular time and that didn't happen, but I didn't bother to follow up either. The next day they texted a list of the questions and were very quick to respond, so honestly a very minor irritation (and who wouldn't rather text, anyway). I did forget to tell them that my backdoor alarm was on, I felt so bad when it went off, so please let them know if you have alarms anywhere! But I highly recommend Avanti Green and will be using them for all my future cleans! Less

We scheduled two dates, one after construction before the furniture was moved back in and one after the furniture was moved in. The first cleaning was to dust and wet wipe the walls, ceilings, ceiling fans, inside windows, and all outside cabinets and built in features of the house. They washed all the floors also. They sent a three member team and they did a great job and the girls worked hard the entire time. The crew worked the entire time and did not talk on their phones as we had experienced with other cleaners. The second time after the furniture was moved back in they sent a two person crew and these girls also did a wonderful job and did not talk on their phones.
