The workouts are fast, 30-45min 2-6x/ wk. Small group training feels like personal training! Workouts are planned, purposeful, leveled for all abilities, and safe! The coaches are very educated and experienced. As an Army family, we’ve lived & trained all over and have never experienced anything this awesome.
