I had an amazing experience with Thrive and the personal trainers there. They are incredibly knowledgeable and push me to reach my goals with motivation and technique. All the sessions are effective and enjoyable and they are able to personalise the sessions to me to work around my knee problem. Highly recommend for the Hampstead area!
Training at Thrive has changed my life. I’ve developed some really healthy habits through their long-term approach to health and fitness. I was skeptical at first, but the coaches explained the process really well and I’m so happy that I bought in because I’m seeing so much progress now and I know it will last. Eating loads at Christmas won’t be a problem now!

I must say, the atmosphere is fantastic, the coaches are highly knowledgeable, and the training sessions are very focused. Honestly, I never get bored! My workouts are always a blast, and they keep me on my toes. Plus, I've seen awesome progress after hitting the gym three times a week for two months! The coaches Josh, Rushane and Olivia are always there to support me and help me reach my goals.

The small groups gave me confidence, as the instructors are friendly, motivating and make the classes fun. I really enjoyed my time there, I would have carried on if my budget would have allowed me. It’s a shame they don’t do student discounts. I miss the classes already. I would highly recommend calling Josh and having a chat about your exercise regime.

Just finished the first 6 weeks at Thrive. It’s been a really positive experience: Kimberley, Rushane and Josh are friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are good fun and that helps the circuits go by relatively painlessly! It’s something I look forward to continuing.

Thrive trainers are the best I’ve come across many as over 50 years so I’ve tried a few. The small group personal training and the monthly programmes/reformer Pilates are regularly changed to maximise benefits. I feel my body tone and health are stable coming two-three times per week. Love it Afrax

My first time going to the gym, I couldn't have chosen better. Josh and Kimberley were extremely supportive, and so were the other people in the gym. The 6-week foundation helped me become more disciplined, but also look at going to the gym in a more fun way! I saw results at my time there, and my body felt great as well.

I love working out with thrive fitness. The small group sessions help the trainer to give more individual attention. Camaradeie in the smash group is fantastic. I would recommend this over regular gyms any day!
I can't rate Thrive highly enough. I'm training for London marathon in April, after 6 weeks of small group personal training to get my base fitness right in the autumn, I've been doing targeted long distance running strength and conditioning. I started training with THRIVE about 4 months ago. Having little previous experience of lifting weights or a diverse exercise routine, I’ve quickly seen the benefits; becoming stronger, fitter and more energised than I’ve been in a while. I’ve been training with THRIVE 2-3 times a week for six weeks now and it’s been so great for me both physically and mentally. Due to other commitments I hadn’t properly exercised for around 2 years - it’s easy to lose confidence after such a long time but the whole team have made me feel so comfortable, welcome and really enjoy fitness again. I started training with Josh and Kimberley because it was getting difficult to go for a run in the winter weather. I hate gyms so didn’t know what to expect but somehow they manage to keep me motivated, the classes are fun and they are extremely attentive to ensure exercises are done properly to avoid injuries, so this far I am having a good time and plan to stay for longer. Great find in Hampstead. They are exceptional, highly professional, respectful, and adept at tailoring workouts. Whether I had questions about my training plan or needed advice on nutrition, they were always there with quick and informative responses. Highly recommended.

I have been having troubles with my back and Josh was able to identify the underlying problem and help ease it, as well as show me exercises that I can do afterwards. He was really helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Josh.. He has sorted out my ankles which I was having issues with while running and now performs monthly maintenance to sort out any issues.
