I am in awe over this company’s integrity and customer service. I sent a message to their website looking for an estimate on possible roofing maintenance or replacement. Blake responded quickly setting up an appointment with Kyle for a free inspection and quote.Kyle had great communication and arrived on time. After the inspection was done, I was informed that my roof was in good shape and didn’t (yes I said DIDN’T) need a replacement nor any work done! Peerless roofing didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need and helped set my expectations of what to look for and timing of when I would need to start considering a replacement. PHENOMENAL!!It’s so rare these days that you interact with a company that doesn’t try to sell you on work just to make a buck. I can see why this company has such high ratings. I’m so so impressed and when I do need work to be done- THIS is the company I’ll be using!

Peerless re-attached a loose problematic piece of flashing and did a wonderful job.I spoke with Blake yesterday and he promised to come out early, and early they arrived and ready for work. They handled it professionally, got right to work, got the job done, and did it right with a good work ethic. I've been dealing with roofers for over 30 years on my current home and Peerless always done the best work.Next time I have a roof issue they will be the only call I have to make. Thanks Blake.

I had my roof installed in late March, and this review comes after the early round of storms that hit McHenry County - the new roof performed outstandingly! Working with the Peerless team through insurance issues, material selection, and understanding the subtle differences in the roof application was a great experience. Their willingness to explain typical roofing applications—and the extra steps Peerless takes—sets them apart from other contractors I talked to. They delivered the quality they promised, on time and within the planned budget.

Had very good experience with Peerless. They replaced my 6200 sf roof and gutters in 1.5 days. Communication and quality were great and pricing was reasonable and transparent. I didn’t need ridge vents so got credit which was appreciated. Blake was great to deal with and his team was professional and had strong work ethics. They started 6am and finished at 830 pm this past Saturday. I was amazed how clean my yard was afterwards. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.
