I have been very impressed with the very supportive and encouraging staff and daily I am challenged by the workouts.. in a good way. A real family atmosphere and friendly. They push you to be a better you! The trainers are consistently looking for ways to improve every aspect of the experience!

I am so grateful to have found Evolve! I was scrolling on Facebook and their page popped up as suggested. Initially, I was hesitant, but decided it wouldn’t hurt to at least check it out! Looking back, I am so glad that I did! I’ve only been a member since June 2023, but it’s been the ultimate game changer! In the past, I’ve had gym memberships, but always found myself with the same problem: Never being motivated enough to push myself on my own. At Evolve, the accountability is there 100%. Chris and his coaching staff truly care about your well being and challenge you, while also encouraging you to still take things at your own pace. This truly is a judgement free zone. You will see results as long as your willing to put in the effort! Evolve has truly been such an amazing addition to my workout routine. In the past, I’ve felt like I’ve hit a plateau and that I’m just going through the motions. At Evolve, you show up everyday and there is a different workout that’s going to challenge you in a variety of ways. Although it can be difficult, it is still a place that I look forward to coming back to the next day and pushing myself a little harder. If you sign up for Evolve AND put in the effort, you will not be disappointed!

Evolve Fitness is an amazing place to work out! It’s super effective and so much fun. Chris, the owner, is awesome—he’s super responsive and always open to feedback. I’ve trained with Owen and Josh, and they’re both incredibly knowledgeable and make every session exciting. They pay close attention to form and make sure I’m doing everything safely and correctly. They’re so motivating, and they really push you to do your best. I’ve already started seeing results in just a few weeks, and I’m so happy I chose Evolve Fitness! Highly recommend!

I have now been apart of Evolve Fitness for going for a little over 2 months and I have LOVED it! Classes are upbeat and challenging. Coaches are super helpful and encouraging. The feeling there is always positive and welcoming. Everytime I finish a class I feel amazing and excited for my progress. You can do one of their upcoming challenges for several weeks to get a feel for the classes and see if its a good fit.
