What an amazing experience. Seriously. I’m a typical middle aged female with way too much stuff. Moving it across the country? Inconceivable!The Columbus Units team was outstanding. Steve and Amanda communicated seamlessly, delivered a beautiful, clean container which they managed to maneuver into a VERY TIGHT parking garage space.I’ll update the review when my stuff arrives out of state!

This company is wonderful! They are responsive, efficient, excellent communicators, and I would both use them again if I needed to and highly recommend them to anyone looking! I appreciated the texts letting me know when the Unit would be delivered and picked up as well as the details they asked about how and where it should be placed. Fantastic experience overall!

I used this service when I bought a house. I was thoroughly blown away by how well it went. I needed the unit dropped in a very light spot, pretty much right next to a brick wall. No problem at all and everything was clean and nice and on time and well priced. 10 stars.

Amanda and Steve are wonderful! Their customer service was amazing. Their communication was amazing. They are both so sweet. They are very quick to respond to calls.Long story short We thought we needed a 3rd pods they said they would drop it off the next day. My husband was able to fit everything into the 2nd pod. I called Steve the the morning the 3rd pod was suppose to be dropped off and I was able to cancel without a hitch. They truly made our move stress free. I will 1000% use them again.

The unit looked brand new. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. And I had nothing but great experiences with the office staff as well. I will definitely be using them in the future!!!
