My realtor recommended Units for my move. I'm so glad he did! They're overly accommodating, fairly priced, provide spotless pods and are very personal yet professional. Each delivery and pick up was clearly communicated. The driver notified me in advance of the exact time he was arriving and actually kept the schedule. Great customer service. Very flexible! I ran out of room inside the initial 16 ft and needed an extra 8-ft unit. They did not have an 8-ft unit ready, but they were able to provide me with a 16-ft unit at the 8-ft cost. They were super responsive to my unloading as well. Offering same-day drop off and pickup with ease. Highly recommend and would use again but hopefully won't be moving anytime soon. I also can't get over how cool technology is to be able to get the unit where you need my new driveway is incredibly steep and I had doubts that it would be able to hold my storage units but it was a breeze! 10 out of 10 recommend 👍🏾

After PODS canceled my order because they couldn’t place the container where I needed it, I called UNITS. What a completely different experience.On my first call, the owner answered the phone personally and, within minutes, helped me arrange a solution on very short notice. No phone-tree runaround, no struggling to reach an actual person—just a helpful, human-to-human conversation and exactly the service I needed.I wish I had called UNITS first. If you’re considering PODS, save yourself the time and frustration and give UNITS a call instead. Highly recommend.

From Beginning To End it was a true pleasure working with the Units Moving and Portable Storage. I originally scheduled A Storage Unit from Pods. However They went to take a payment from Our Acct. and We didn't move The Money over; My Pod was canceled and I panicked due to Our deadline. Units is the ONLY storage unit business I would use! From my initial call to the final pick up, the owner & staff were professional, courteous, extremely helpful and followed up on everything. They showed up for dropoff & pickup exactly when they said they would. The Unit was extremely clean, safe & was in new shape. Completely waterproof with absolutely no leaks. Steve (the owner), Amanda (office manager), & Spencer (delivery) were top notch & this place has set the bar extremely high.
