We used Units to move much of our belongings during a local central Ohio move. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing is completely transparent and they are very easy to communicate with. By phone or text. They are very efficient and they were able to accommodate our complicated schedule.

Units took care of me on a long distance move. My wife and I moved 4 states to be near family again. There was a lot of stress in such a big change but UNITS made moving our stuff so simple. I researched every similar service but they all have very restricted requirements for space because of systems they use. UNITS can drop that thing anywhere! Because of the long distance a lot of communication went through their headquarters, but they were so great about communicating with the local offices and keeping me well informed, and the local offices were outstanding in contacting me with every detail. The drivers are super friendly and helpful. If you need this service do not hesitate. It was far cheaper than when I hired movers 5 years ago. They were good too, but I can't imagine what they would cost now with runaway inflation and fuel costs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Units Columbus recently handled our move. This is by far the best experience I haveever had, and I’ve been through a lot of moves in my life! First of all, the staff at Units was consistently professional, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and fair in all my interactions with them. Their product is amazing. (See the included picture I took of their talented staff at work, manipulating one of our five containers). The Units container system provides so much flexibility and ease in organizing your move. They are kept super clean and are in great condition. They can be accessed in the Units storage warehouse whenever needed. In addition, the containers can be manipulated to fit into very tight and/or difficult spaces, and the staff who position them for loading and unloading are experts in every sense of the word. This is a highly service-oriented company providing a wonderful product and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone contemplating a move.Additional comment: after several months of storage at Units Columbus, we were able to unload the containers at our new home once we had completed some essential upgrades. Just as with the move-out, the move-in was equally smooth and a very positive experience. Units Columbus set up a smart schedule for staggered delivery of our containers, ensuring a good fit for the containers on our driveway and facilitated an easy move of items into our home. The professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of the Units Columbus staff made it a seamless operation for our movers who did the unloading of all of our stuff from the containers. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this move… Best move ever!

Amanda and Steve are wonderful! Their customer service was amazing. Their communication was amazing. They are both so sweet. They are very quick to respond to calls.Long story short We thought we needed a 3rd pods they said they would drop it off the next day. My husband was able to fit everything into the 2nd pod. I called Steve the the morning the 3rd pod was suppose to be dropped off and I was able to cancel without a hitch. They truly made our move stress free. I will 1000% use them again.
