I started at Beyond Walls last year after active encouragement from our daughter who is a very keen and enthusiastic member .I was very doubtful , and not sure about how I would fit in . I am in my early seventies , female and conscious that I was an older participant, with all the anxiety and self consciousness that comes with that .I honestly needn’t have worried . I was welcomed into this loving - yes ‘loving’ community and supported by both coaches and members to have a go .I must mention coaches . They are all committed to us members, and coaching is amazing .Professional , patient , friendly and I felt totally safe in their hands.The gym caters for everyone - new mums and their babies , those who are unsure , keen athletes and a class which is twice weekly’ Everstrong ‘ This class is growing and becoming more popular. It’s aimed at adults generally over 60 - 80plus.We are put through our paces , challenged , knowing the coaches have planned the class to be appropriate for older adults concentrating on mobility, strength and other. There are a few creaks and puffs in the class but lots of laughter .I have tried Cross Fit, and more recently Weightlifting.There are Hyrox and Gymnastics classes too.I would say to anyone - give the gym a try. There is an opportunity to have a free trial and you will be welcomed and given the opportunity to chat with coachesGive it a go !

Beyond walls is a truly more than just a great gym. I've been a member of lots of different gyms, classes, clubs and general fitness groups but none have had quite the community feel or variety of classes that Beyond Walls offers. I am so glad to have joined the gym just before it was opening, to be able to see it grow and become something so much more.Great coaches, amazing positive and affirming community that supports everyone regardless of where they are in the fitness journey or current goal. Love the classes, the vibe, the people and the expertise as well including nutrition.Happily keep going there to see friendly faces and to reach my fitness goals. There's no lower or upper limit to how this gym and the coaches can help you. Beyond walls filled a gap in my life I didn't know needed filling 💛

The most incredible gym with the most incredible community! From the minute you enter the gym you feel welcome and incredibly motivated. It didn't take me long to make the decision to become a member. Everything is so well thought out for the wellbeing of all the members at any skill level/capacity. The onboarding process, the facilities , the beautiful grounds , the amazing coaches and programming, and the support from all the lovely members, it really is a great place to be. 5 months into CrossFit, but years of weight training in other gyms , I often wonder why I didn't do CrossFit earlier, but its now clear I was waiting for a place like Beyond Walls!

I’ve never stayed motivated and committed to a gym before. What’s difference? The Beyond Walls team are AMAZING! They really care, are supportive yet push for progress without making anything daunting or overwhelming. The workout programmes are varied, engaging, interesting and get results yet can be scaled to suit abilities or injuries.The huge warm welcome and feeling of community and friendship is like no other gym I’ve been to. Regardless of abilities and experience everyone is supportive and celebrate success together.Oh and of course, the stickers….. never underestimate the power of the stickers 🤣

Came for Hyrox, stayed for crossfit.Before beyond walls I was a pure gym lifting bro. I signed up for a hyrox pro to give it a go and I decided I needed some help with that goal and found beyond walls and little did I know what a gem I had found. The coaching has been top tier. All the advice offered is realistic and bespoke to my goals and the crossfit classes have given me confidence and a strength I didnt know I had in me. They are great fun. Every move is scalable to your level and tailored to you and Absolutely everyone is welcomed into the gym and is part of the family.The community of the gym is brilliant. Everyone wants to see you succeed and celebrate every little win with you. Its really improved my drive to improve myself in all aspects of my life. Ive even made some great friends along the way.I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone in what ever situation or part of your fitness journey you are in. Beyond walls will help you build the blocks you need to succeed.

Blown away by Beyond Walls. It’s the friendliest and most welcoming place I’ve ever trained. You really feel like the team are genuinely happy to see you every time you attend a session. The facility is incredible with great kit and training space and the outlook from the gym floor straight to nature and green space makes it even more special. The coaches are super knowledgable and helpful and take time to explain movements and workouts. There is a real sense of community and the customer service levels have literally felt above and beyond. It’s a gym where you feel like the team are genuinely happy that you are part of the amazing environment they’ve created! Keep smashing it BW, you’ve built something pretty INCREDIBLE 💛

Beyond Walls has been an absolute joy to find and I cannot recommend it enough. The team is so supportive of me bringing my baby to classes and it’s been a huge source of confidence in building my strength back up. The coaches all find the balance between pushing you and understanding any limitations you have. There is an amazing community that the team has built. And while it’s a commitment in terms of time and money, it’s worth it!
