I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Connie after the Fontana Days Half Marathon where she quickly and thoughtfully identified the source of some nagging knee pain that had been bothering me in the days before the race. In just a few minutes, she worked on me and showed me some helpful massage techniques. She even gave me a massage ball to continue the work at home. I am so grateful (and relieved!) to say I woke up completely pain free the next day. Thank you, Dr. Connie!! Less

I worked with Dr. Connie over the course of 12 weeks and it has been an amazing experience! When I originally came to Dr. Connie, I was an injured runner with knee pain making it difficult to walk. She did a full assessment and we discussed my health history and future goals. Dr. Connie then created a plan to not only address the injury, but also set myself up to be stronger, healthier, and more resilient in the future. The plan included everything from mobility work, to strength training, to nutrition advice. Fast forward to today, where I am stronger, healthier, more resilient, and happier with my health and athletic performance than ever before. She does an amazing job not only addressing any past or current issues, but setting you up to prevent them in the future, all while helping to reach your fitness goals. I saw Dr. Connie 5 weeks before my first ever Los Angeles Marathon. My left foot was screaming for help, in the form of swelling after long runs, super discomfort during all runs, and the denial that something was hindering my ability to safely go ahead with the long runs that come with marathon training. Once I admitted to myself that something was wrong, after hours and hours of scouring youtube and misdiagnosing my problem, I realized I needed professional help. I had to fix myself in a few days, to be able to do an 18mile run to stay on schedule. I scheduled my appointment, saw Dr. Connie, was able to get the right set of exercises to strengthen my legs. I walked away from one appointment with so much insight. I was looking at the WRONG things on YouTube, and frankly I was running out of time. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. It's not normal to feel pain and be all swollen! There is something you can do! I was able to complete all my long runs and experience getting stronger, pain receding giving way to enjoyment. My main goal for the marathon was not to sustain any injury. I achieved that, absolutely mesmerized by my own body feeling amazing and strong the following day after running 26.2miles. I still can't believe it. Thanks to Dr. Connie, I know I can accomplish my running goals and set out to do more and go further...without the whole foot feeling like it's being stabbed by a knife with every step. Highly recommend!!! Less

I have been seeing Dr. Connie for 2 weeks now and have made so much progress! I went to see her about some knee pain and she has worked wonders! I always felt stuck in how low I could squat down, despite being consistent and she identified my problem and has helped me so much. My squat has improved so much in just two weeks I can’t even believe it! Also my knee pain has subsided. I still have a long ways to go but I’m so excited to see how much improvement I can make at the end of my sessions with her. She is super attentive and sweet and really cares about making you feel comfortable and making your pains go away with the right exercises for you. Thank you again Dr. Connie! Less

Priceless! Met Dr.Connie at an exercise event. Had lower back pain for months. Just by chance talked to her, she worked her magic and the next day I was feeling better. Signed up for an evaluation and was sold. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging and above all patient. She has been a tremendous help to my physical and mental wellbeing! Working with her and her exercise plan, has helped ease my pain and has made me nicer to be around. Will have foot surgery soon and will definitely go to Dr. Connie to help in my recovery. Less
