Unlike many PT's out there she is not the strict type that makes the fitness journey incredibly difficult and hard to maintain, but she always finds a way to create the most enjoyable path that suits you to reach your desired fitness outcomes. Before training with Stephanie I've tried many different styles and diets, high in calories and low (1,500 calories) diets and none of them helped, and in the first 12 weeks of working with Steph I accomplished more than what I could've accomplished in years.
