I’ve been working with personal trainers for many years now. Some of them really good and others not so much. I’ve been training with Dan for 2 years now. He has a unique way of explaining the exercises so you can work the intended muscles and everything he does with you is a progression towards the next goals. Dan has made a massive impact on my life. One year ago I was in pain constantly throughout the day and I dreaded doing anything that was physical. I have trusted the process and I am now back to being able to run, lift weights, and actually compete. If you are thinking about joining, I urge you too. It was have a major impact on your life!

Dan has played an instrumental role in my fitness journey over the past few years when after 2 kids, I was struggling to lose the baby fat and keep up with work , the kids and chores !!! Dan is very mindful on what your body’s needs are and works with you to ensure you get more mobility, strength and get in shape over time without stressing you out and understands your goals too and adapts to it !! Dan is kind, gentle and motivating. It felt quite intimidating to begin athletic training in my late 70’s, but Dan’s extensive knowledge, approach and guidance were reassuring from the first day. I have gained strength, endurance, and confidence. Recently, my daughter was astonished to see me climb three flights of stairs, with ease … while keeping up with three grandsons!

Dan and his organization is Outstanding! I have been working with him for over 3 years and he has transformed how I live and feel. I have had two back surgery’s and was struggling with getting stronger and always injuring my back. With Dans help and guidance I have gotten much stronger and no longer have setbacks.
