We are really happy we made the choice to work with Ben and his wife Michelle. On October 10th 2025 my husband and I went to the bank to see what our first steps are for buying our first home. We left our appointment with a number of what we could afford and nothing else. Feeling a little overwhelmed with no direction or knowledge, I had a friend recommend I talk to Ben Jeffrey. On October 14th I sent him an email and got a reply an hour later and a phone call. I told him about a home I liked and the desire to stay in our current town. He set us up quickly to see 2 homes on the 17th. By the 19th we had conditionally sold on the home I liked. Ben and Michelle made this experience so easy. They were responsive, full of knowledge and there for every step. They helped provide a house inspection and lawyer and overall made us feel very comfortable. Although we only physically met with Ben, we know Michelle was a large part of making this experience so smooth.
