I couldn't recommend First Class Electric enough! As first time home owner's, we have struggled finding the right people to maintain our home. First Class Electric has done extensive electrical work for us and I would give them more than five stars if I could. They upgraded our electrical panel to 200 amps, ran electric for a hot tub installation, replaced a significant portion of our light fixtures, re-wired our garage which had faulty electric from the previous owner, and ran the electric for an EV car charger. My husband jokes that I am slightly neurotic about details, and that is why they are a perfect match. They carefully sealed our outdoor light fixture with sealant that perfectly matched our siding, and painted the outside housing for the electric to match our siding as well. In addition to being detail oriented, they are technically competent, fairly priced for the quality of work they do, responsive, and also handled permits when needed with our township and ensured they passed the inspection. First Class Electric did the following job for my husband converted 22 light switches that were overly corroded and rusted, Change 6 outlets in the kitchen that were rusted, change 10 dimmers and do 28 LED Retrofits for old recessed lighting. The technician was Scott and the work was scheduled and done without me having to be there. The job was down in Lavalette New Jersey they agreed to service that location because I am an existing customer in central jersey. After the job was done, there was an issue caused by the A/C leaking onto a light switch box. Scott went out of his way to help even though it was not related to his work done from the above job. He came after his work load and fixed a ceiling fan and a the washer/dryer that was not working. He charged me one hour of labor for the diagnosis and repair. Another company that was called to help charged $300 dollars just a daignosis and didn't repair anything. First Class Electric should open up an office down the shore they would clean Up!!!! Less

Excellent work and service. I highly recommend First Class Electric. We hired them to install an outdoor 220V line for a hot tub and upgrade our service panel from 100Amp to 200Amp. It was a big complicated job with multiple stages and construction companies. They collaborated well with our landscapers who dug the outdoor trench and the hot tub company for install. With any big job there are minor issues, but they were overcome quickly by the guys at First Class Electric. They guided us through the permit process and made good suggestions so that our designs would meet code. They were quick to respond to communication and provide updates on the project. And they worked around or quickly rescheduled any work that was delayed due to outdoor weather conditions. They were very professional. They came to my residence last week when I was have an issue with my lighting. They said my panel and wiring were not good and needed to be done. Just by looking at my panel. Well they came today and when they took out my meter they were right on the money. The whole meterconnection rusted and corroded. I hired First Class Electric to do a ton of work in the house I recently purchased. From start to finish the guys were professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, and dedicated to being up-front and honest. The job was big, and they were timely for all three of the days they were here. I hired them to completely remove and rewire all of the knob and tube wiring in the home, re-device every single outlet (over 50 - a mix of two and three prong), ground the entire house, install recessed lighting in a couple of rooms, and a lot more. Brad managed the team and was absolutely phenomenal. He was on site each day, walked me through everything step-by-step, patiently answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and included me in every important decision. Brad, Andrew, Vitaliy, Arkardy, Jonas, and Rocelin were also exceptional, friendly, and worked hard from 8:00am until 4:30pm for three straight days. When they took lunch, it was for maybe 10 minutes - and they offered us pizza as well. They ate outside of the house, and quickly began working again. First Class was excellent in helping us. We had an electric surge caused our electrical system to stop functioning properly across the house. THe microwave wouldn't work , the lights flashed everytime the fridge powered up and internet would go out every time there was a flash of lights. First Class came out and gave us a range of options and the prices for each level of work that was clear and fully explained. Once starting the work they noticed that the surge had done a good deal of damage and photographed it for us so we could file an insurance claim.which we hadn't realized.
