I dropped in on a recent Saturday and had a great experience. I’d never done a CrossFit class before and it was very welcoming environment. I was partnered with an instructor who showed me the ropes. It was challenging and exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back.

Crossfit Delco has everything you want out of a crossfit gym. Modern equipment with a ton of space. Coaches that can meet you at whatever fitness level you are at. Convenient class schedule. Open gym access if you can't make it to class. But most importantly, an extremely welcoming community of members with tons of events and activities outside of classes to get to know each other better. I love showing up to the gym where everyone knows each other. Classes are more fun this way. The coaches are also highly skilled at understanding your level of fitness and catering workouts personally for your fitness abilities and goals. I love showing up to class and not really having to think much about the workout, just getting out there and doing it with a bunch of people cheering you on as you go.

Such a welcoming community and supportive environment for people at any part of their fitness journey. There are so many things I couldn’t do when I first started in 2020 that I can now!!! The coaches really care and believe in you and the entire community feels like a family. Everyone is supportive of each other, not just in the gym, but outside of it too.

I dropped in here for a workout while traveling…fantastic experience all around, the coaches and athletes were really helpful and a friendly group! I was really glad to find CrossFit Delco, I’ll definitely stop in the next time I’m in the area!

CrossFit Delco has kept me working out and improving consistently for about 7 years. The owner and all coaches are skilled and helpful! Love it there and highly recommend.
