I have ordered catering from Colleen multple times. Once for a reunion party. Again for a birthday. I met her through work and she has catered office lunches and meetings for us multiple times. She is incredible thorough and thoughtful about your type of event and the food items that pair well with the theme of the party. The food is delicious. She shops locally and finds the best, most in-season options. She’s incredibly organized. We usually first discuss the event and get ideas. She’s incredibly flexible up until a week prior when you confirm final attendance list and items. Everything is prepared by hand, fresh, not frozen, homemade cooking. Top favorites are her mini-sandwiches/sliders, pulled pork, pastas. Huge, rave reviews from guests for her breaded chicken cutlets and her choice of fruit in fruit salads. We started using Homemade by Colleen several months ago and we are loving it. Colleen makes delicious meals and always has a variety to choose from. Tension was high for dinners in our family with trying to organize, select different dinners, and cook. We were always rushing but now we have the ease of a variety of home cooked meals with zero stress. We have two children and the meals we select are great for them and we see them eating more vegetables and different types of food than we ever did before! Heating up is simple and dinner is ready for us to eat together. Colleen makes it easy and I love the different option delivery days of Wednesday and Sunday because the food is always fresh. I have also fallen in love with the energy balls. What a wonderful service Colleen provides our family.
