I’ve been coming here to file my taxes for several years now, and my family has been coming here as well. We’ve always had a great experience and have been very happy with the service. Reem, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She is very understanding, patient, and always takes the time to explain things and makes sure everything is taken care of properly, especially when there may be any miscommunication. The service is always fast, efficient, and professional, and I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone is. It’s nice to have a place you can trust year after year with something as important as your taxes, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and professional tax services!

My family has been coming here for years, and we’ve always had a good experience with the staff explaining everything clearly and accurately. Because of that, I recommended this place to my partner, who was filing his taxes for the first time. When we arrived, we specifically explained to the receptionist at the front that he had never filed his taxes before. I asked about the price, and she told us it would be around $50-60 for a student. We also explained that he would be bringing his tax slips from previous years, and that was all we were told.If someone is filing their taxes for the first time, I would expect the staff to clearly explain that there could be additional charges for separate claims or previous years and, most importantly, provide an estimate of the total cost before proceeding. Instead, they completed the filing and only afterward told my partner that the total was $452.We were never informed that the cost could be anywhere near that amount, nor did we agree to a $452 charge beforehand. The receptionist should have been much more transparent about the pricing, especially knowing that this was someone’s first time filing taxes.I’m extremely disappointed because this could have easily been avoided with clear communication about the fees upfront. What was especially frustrating was being given the impression that the cost would be around $50, only to be presented with a $452 bill after everything had already been completed.Very misleading and, in my opinion, completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, after years of recommending this place to my family and others, I will not be coming back.

Marwan assured me several times that he could handle both my U.S. and Canada taxes, but he filed them separately and both were done incorrectly. He also couldn’t file the FBAR, so I ended up spending months dealing with the issues myself and paying another accountant to fix them. After three months of reminders, he went on vacation and had his secretary call me instead of addressing the problem. I got a partial refund, but it cost me six months, a lot of stress, more than $1,000 and three times amendments to correct his mistakes. He’s not capable of handling U.S. and Canada taxes properly.
