I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Anderson and her clinic. I met her when she came to speak to biology faculty at Concordia University, as she takes on many of our students as interns. I was experiencing shoulder and back pain, both of which I’d been experiencing for years. After just a few sessions with Dr. A, I am completely pain-free. Dr. A is not your typical PT. She spent A LOT of time getting to know me and the details of my routines. She recommended all sorts of customized lifestyle tweaks that were doable and helpful, setting me up for lifelong health. She also uses the absolute latest tech, much of which is not widely available. Dr. A is a deeply spiritual woman who cares so so much about her patients - even my mom is one of hers now! Dr Anderson has helped me in so many ways. I went in with a very painful jaw and neck. It was healed in 3 months with her special techniques and exercises.She also guided me to the best pillow I have ever slept on, the best inserts for my shoes, wonderful ways to grow old healthy, and healed my lower back when I had issues.I can't say enough about the many ways she has and is helping me and helping others. Dr. Anderson is a specialist in Physical Therapy. She has helped me with joint pain and strength building exercises. These Melt classes have improved my posture! I now notice my posture throughout the day and self correct. I had a concussion that influenced my Vestibular system. Dr. Anderson focused on Vestibular issues during her PhD program. The tools and techniques she's prescribed to me are improving my balance and spacial awareness. It's an investment in my health that means I'll enjoy a great quality of my life in my later years. I highly recommend Dr Anderson and her team. My mother was having major back pain and her overall health was deteriorating. At 85 years old her quality of life was a great concern to our family. We found out through a close friend about Anderson Sport and Wellness center and within a few short weeks my moms health began to improve dramatically. She has been a patient now for 9 months and we are now at a monthly maintenance appt. Mom is healthier than she has been in many years. Her back is much better, she has had a turn around with her IBS and acid reflux. She is smiling again and walking everyday. Dr Anderson and her staff are caring, compassionate, attentive and competent. There are no physical therapists I know of who in our area who does what Dr. Anderson does. Using cutting edge technology, her therapies result in lasting benefits. My orthopedic doctor told me I had progressive arthritis in my knee from an old injury that would eventually lead to knee replacement surgery and all he offered for my pain was cortisone shots. After 6 weeks under Dr Anderson’s care, my knee recovered along with the resolution of hip and back pain. I have confident hope of being pain free in my 70’s and beyond. I came into Anderson Sport and Wellness with so much lower back pain that I had been dealing with for almost a year. Some days I could hardly walk. Within 2 sessions I was feeling such a difference.
