I almost never leave long reviews, but I had to make an exception for Dolan Dental because of how genuinely outstanding my experience was.After putting off going to the dentist for four years following a bad experience elsewhere, I finally made an appointment at Dolan Dental while I was in town, and I am so glad I did.The office is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-run, but what stood out most was the staff.Mel did my cleaning, and she was extremely thorough, incredibly gentle, patient, and genuinely joyful. She took her time, happily answered my many questions, and somehow made a dental cleaning enjoyable. I grew up with a great dentist and have had a lot of cleanings over the years, and this was truly the best one I’ve experienced.I also needed my first filling and was a little nervous going into it. Dr. Cara was absolutely exceptional, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment she walked into the room, she had a calm, confident presence that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to walk me through my x-rays, explain exactly what she was seeing, answer my questions, and give me practical advice for moving forward. The numbing injection was over before I even realized it had happened, and throughout the procedure she was constantly checking in and making adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Beyond her kindness, it was obvious how knowledgeable and skilled she is. There was a level of confidence, precision, and professionalism in everything she did that made it easy to close my eyes and trust that I was in good hands. My first filling ended up being quick, painless, and far easier than I ever expected.Jewels, who assisted with the filling, was incredible. She was not only exceptionally skilled at what she does, but also so personable and easy to talk to. She took the time to make sure everything felt exactly right and carefully adjusted it until it was perfect, never settling for “good enough.” Her attention to detail was remarkable, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure I left feeling comfortable and confident.Even Dr. Dolan stopped in to say hello, which says a lot about the culture of the practice. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. It’s obvious that he has built something special at Dolan Dental. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail throughout the office reflects strong leadership and a real commitment to patient care. Every person I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to truly enjoy what they do. You can tell Dr. Dolan has assembled an exceptional team and fostered a practice where people feel valued, both as patients and as staff.If you’ve been putting off dental work, are nervous about going to the dentist, or are just looking for a practice that combines exceptional care with genuinely wonderful people, I cannot recommend Dolan Dental highly enough.

Most modern office I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. The services available are numerous. The staff is awesome. I went to Dr Dolan before for an emergency extraction but didn’t have insurance for more work. Fast forward a year and another tooth problem but have insurance. Couldn’t remember name but went on google AI saying the doc was Irish first name Francis ( remembered cause it’s my dad’s name) in Ivyland. AI came up with three names. I recognized one. Called Insurance and Dr office and thankfully they were in my network. Had tooth cut out. No pain then no pain now 4 hrs later. Love this practice.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming.
