Good luck getting a call back from these folks when you have a question. Voice mail boxes full, no return calls when you do leave a message, leave obtuse e-mail replies, and provide inaccurate information for their insured's coverages that doesn't correspond to the insured's certificate of liability insurance. Maybe they were just having a couple of bad days, though.

Joseph is my insurance go to person. From personal insurance, car insurance, workers comp. insurance, commercial property insurance, etc. he always there to not just sell me what I need, but inform me on the difference.

wow worst company to deal with don't ever get insurance threw them

I requested quotes to Maria Castillo and she asked me required documents but once I prepared them she never answered back on my email. Just know how their service will be seeing from their first step. Will Never use this company again.

When you call they don't answer or just pick up the phone and put you on hold until you hang up. I need important copies of paper work but instead I just get put on hold for 30 minutes and if I don't hang up they just hang up on me.
