I dropped in for an afternoon class with Coach Julia and had a great experience. She was very motivating, friendly, and attentive throughout the workout, offering helpful tips and form corrections that made a big difference.The class itself was awesome — everyone was very welcoming and supportive, which made it easy to feel comfortable even as a drop-in. The facility is also very clean, well organized, and has a great atmosphere.Overall, a really great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ligia is truly exceptional. She is incredibly passionate about her work, and you can feel that energy in every single class. Even when the sessions are full, she always finds a way to give each of us personal attention correcting our form, making sure we move safely, and pushing us to improve.She has the rare ability to motivate you to do better without making you feel pressured. She encourages, supports, and believes in you, even when you doubt yourself. I dropped in at CrossFit Wall Street for the first time and had an amazing experience! Coach Sarah was incredibly welcoming, super professional, and gave great cues throughout the workout. The atmosphere was friendly and motivating, and the facility is well-equipped and clean. Perfect place to train — I’ll definitely be back!

I was a drop in from CrossFit West Seattle today and had a fantastic time in Lola’s class! She was very friendly and immediately made me feel welcomed and partnered me up with a regular so I knew my way around the gym. Lola was also super helpful with pointers on my form, something that other coaches wouldn’t do for a drop in visitor, but I got some great snatch tips and accessories! I loved dropping in and doing a familiar activity with new people - really makes CrossFit feel like a community when you can get a great workout and make friends on either coast! I’ll be back when I travel here for work again for sure and recommend it to anyone looking to keep up their fitness.
