I’ve been training here for a while now and honestly it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and fitness.My trainer - Wade Wilcox - is extremely knowledgeable and explains the “why” behind the workouts instead of just making you do exercises. Everything is science-backed and tailored to your goals. During sessions, he’s fully focused on you, your form, technique, progress, and how your body is responding that day.What I really appreciate is the balance he brings — he pushes and motivates you to do better, but at the same time he’s very conscious about proper technique and avoiding injury. He also adapts workouts based on feedback, energy levels, or limitations instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all routine.The studio itself has a really positive and motivating atmosphere. The setup is very thoughtfully planned and has all the equipment you’d need whether your goal is weight loss, strength training, or calisthenics.Overall, highly recommend this place to anyone serious about getting healthier and stronger.
