I'm a single mom and it is hard to entrust your child with people, let alone those you do not know! Jerry and his team made it easy! Jerry made sure I met everyone that was going to be picking up my child before I would commit. I'm so glad I did. I needed them to pick up my 13 year old (homeschooled) from home on the three days a week that I could not work from home, and take him to the Boys and Girls Club. They did such a great job! The driver was always on time and the ride was always pleasant and most of all, it was safe! I would, and have been recommending them, especially to my single mom friends! I have now used this service 3 times and would not consider using any other company, uber, or taxi. The cars are clean and the drivers are professional, kind and personable. Chasity had a cold bottle of water waiting for me ! We talked and laughed the whole way home. Our son and daughter n law have used this company as well. They were even gracious enough to hold on to their kids car seats for the ride back. They wanted to use their own car seats and Jerry made that work.The best car service hands down!

We used Ellis-Lopez to get to IAD for an international trip with two little ones. We arranged with Jerry to make sure we had car seats for the kids. Jerry arrived early and helped load the car which was a big help. The car was perfect and easily fit all of our luggage plus extras. Kids also enjoyed the ride and chatting with Jerry. Got to the airport early and with no issues (which helped ease my nerves).For the ride home from the airport, we rode with Frankie. It was raining like crazy and the airport was a zoo. Frankie made sure we could find him and helped load all of our luggage even with the weather.All in all - we could not have asked for a better and more professional experience.
