Our dream kitchen is complete and we couldn't be happier. We worked with Kate Couchman on the design and she was lovely. She was upfront about cost, and if I asked her opinion on something, she told me the truth! I really missed her when we weren't meeting with her every week. After her we got to work with Steve Endress the contractor. He also was amazing. So easy to deal with and always available for a question or concern. His crew is top notch and the work they do is incredible. We did a big renovation that included knocking a wall down, putting in new floors and re-doing a powder room.

It's easy to "trust the process" with Nicely Done Kitchens, as they are professional and care about their customers. We had been wanting to update our 1980s original kitchen with little counter and storage space for quite some time and felt like we won the lottery upon our initial meeting with designer Kate Couchman. By coming to our home to walk through our problem areas and wish list (which also included the flow into our family room and reno of our laundry space) she helped us see the possibilities with her years of experience. Drawings of our space were created and tweaked, cabinet styles and colors chosen and changed. Throughout this entire process, Kate was able to gently fine tune a world of ideas that woke us up at night and help us address and visualize our needs into a beautiful and efficient design.The reality of the design was implemented by Steve Endress and his team of contractors. The work crews were timely, skilled and clean. When the unexpected happened, they kicked in and got the job done with integrity while keeping an eye on the budget.Although the project was completed a few months ago, I recently called about an issue with the workstation sink. Within a week, the issue was resolved. Nicely Done Kitchen stands by it's work and please don't let the name fool you, they can do so much more! Thank you again Kate, Steve, Caesar, Sergio and crew for all the wonderful work you did to help us achieve this "dream"!

We recently completed a mudroom/laundry room renovation with Lindsay at Nicely Done Kitchens and one of their trusted contractors. We can't say enough about how easy it was to work with them both. We've done home renovations with other companies in the past, including a full kitchen remodel; this was by far and away the best experience. NDK was organized, responsive, and timely - things that we've learned to highly value when diving into major home projects.

We couldn't be happier with how our new kitchen turned out. Kate C. took our ideas and turned them into a beautiful new kitchen and mudroom (including a dog bath!) -- something even better than we expected. She combined our disparate ideas into something greater than the sum of their parts, demonstrating expertise and a guiding hand.In addition to leading us through the design stages, Kate made sure everything else ran smoothly. The project remained on or ahead of schedule thanks to her ongoing dedication to the work and her partnership with the contractor and knowledge of vendors. In addition to connecting us with a wonderful contractor, she directed us to an appliance expert who understood our needs and ideas, and who led us to high-end but affordable decisions.Thank you, Kate and NDK!
