Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. I had a great experience with getting a new sump pump installed. I do not envy the poor plumber who crawled into the depths of my house (with spiderwebs and centipedes :) to pump out moldy water and install a new sump pump. I was even out of town and he worked with my adult daughter to coordinate install and even sent me photos when it was done. I also appreciated how he went over each different type of pump I could buy & educated me about the pros/cons/price of each. Our water heater overflowed last night. I called Aqua Wizards first thing this morning. Jason was quick to answer and said he could have his team out to take a look this morning. These guys deserve 10 stars. I've been an insurance agent for 34 years for the largest insurer of homes in the U.S. since 1964. I've dealt with thousands of claims and hundreds of service providers. I've seen the full spectrum. Aqua Wizards performed work for me resulting from a worn out faucet that led to plumbing upgrades throughout my house - all 3 levels. I dealt with Terry; a master plumber. I advised him I'm of the perfectionistic/OCD ilk. I'm known as a difficult person to please. I told him my desire was when the work was completed I wanted it to appear that they hadn't even been in my house. Terry listened, advised, and delivered with flying colors! He's beyond knowledgeable, patient, and was proactive in suggesting risk management recommendations going forward without coming across as pushy. I've been around too long to fall for BS sales upgrades anyway, but as I'm wont to do, I cross referenced his advice with other professionals I know. They all concurred with him. Terry oversaw, participated in, and completed all of the work in the promised time frame. It required him working late on a Friday. He was in no rush. He wouldn't leave until he walked me through a full inspection of everything, making sure all was to my satisfaction. Who the hell does that nowadays! I had no water for days, I had home warranty plumbers come and treat me like trash. I was at my wits end and contacted Jason. He texted back and said Jill would call me the very next day. First of all, I texted Jason late Tuesday night. I had been without water except cold water running in bathrooms. So i texted Jason he said Jill would contact me Wednesday. Jill called me and i was nearly in tears at this point. I had other plumbers here from my Home Warranty Service. They were all AWFUL!!! Jill got me set up for an estimate the very next morning! She was amazing!! Terry came Thursday, it took a LONG LONG time for him to figure my issue out. He is as literally at my home from 1030 ish until almost 5!!!! Told me what we could do after he figured out the issue. It baffled everyone. He gave me my options. I was in tears all day and preparing to hear $10,000. His quote to fix what needed to be fixed was under $2,000 and I almost hugged him. No hugging, covid. So i tapped his shoulder and said yes yes yes please fix it so i can finally shower. I told him being a pioneer woman isn’t for me haha! So from there, Terry told me Jason would be coming over with an install crew shortly. I was shocked, they were going to help me in one day. We live in Andover and use well water. Our water is rusty and undrinkable. The water turns our laundry, dishes, sinks, bathtubs, and toilets orange. When our water softener quit working, the problem got even worse! Now, we had an orange film floating on top of the water in our tubs and washing machine. We visited a plumber in our area and were skeptical whether he could fix our problem because when we asked about a warranty, he didn’t offer one. Arsenic, copper, and tanins were found in our water, so we chose the top of the line system and the work began. Needed an urgent faucet replacement during the Christmas week. Jason was friendly and assured me on the phone his company would be able to come out on the same day to assess and diagnose/repair. He was responsive and though he couldn't get out immediately he explained what we could do as a band-aid until we could get someone there. We've had a few companies out working on our well and water softener. We were getting average to bad customer service. That all stopped when we had Aqua Wizards out for the 1st time. They don't have great customer service. They would feel like they let you down if it was just "great" service. I've used Aqua Wizards twice. First time, I had Jason come out to fix a leak in a spigot outside. He came out to inspect it, gave me a quote, and then came back and fixed it for exactly what he quoted me for. The work was done well, timely, and no hidden fees of any kind. Based on my positive experience with him, I asked Jason to come fix an issue with my garbage disposal. Ended up being something simple he diagnosed immediately, ran out to his truck for a tool, and fixed in a matter of seconds. Since I was a returning customer, he didn't charge for travel, and he tried to leave without taking a dime from me (I eventually convinced him to bill me the travel cost because I couldn't stand not paying for that kind of service). I've heard it said with home repair, pick any two: fast, cheap, or quality. With Jason, you get all three. Can't recommend him enough.
