My water heater was leaking. I called on a Monday at 7:00 p.m. I had a call back within an hour. An appointment set up for the following day. I had also asked for a referral for heating. The water heater team was out the following day by 11:00 a.m. and replaced by 3:00 p.m. the referral that they gave me for the heater was out during the same time. So impressed with this team as well as their referral partners. I had a clogged kitchen drain. Very professional and got the job done. However, I feel the price for just snaking a drain was very high (575) for just an hour of work. I was without a sink for a week and just wanted to get it fixed, but will definetly get more quotes in the future. In hindsight i guess a red flag was their hesitation to give me a ballpark cost on snaking a drain when I called as they needed to come see what the issue was. However all they did when the arrived is ask what the issue was and then gave me that price. Literally could of done that on the phone. Less

The Aqua Wizards came to our home to repair a couple of leaks that our water softener developed. We recently purchased the home so we did not install it ourselves, but their label was on it and we called them about it. They came over quickly, were more than happy to repair the leaks even though it was an older unit, left and came back did the repair, spent a bunch of time on it but the whole time had a great attitude. A couple years ago i had a hot water heater installed by Aqua Wizards. This year i was getting my house ready to sell and noticed that it had been leaking at the top and had corroded some parts. I was technically out side of warranty, but i called them up and told them the situation and that i never even noticed it before moving. They inspected it and they could tell it was leaking for awhile and kindly made it right for me. The repair cost me nothing. And they fixed it promptly so that I could list my home without trouble. Within 10 minutes of calling and leaving a voicemail, I had a call back. Brandon was at our house same day and provided options for how to repair our leaking sink drain. He offered value-added services and did not pressure to buy. He offered to fix the sink the same day, but we had obligations. Had a bathroom shower faucet service done in October 2023, the faucet was leaking and the handle broke. We had to turn off the main water line and were not able to use any water in the house. I had a great experience with getting a new sump pump installed. I do not envy the poor plumber who crawled into the depths of my house (with spiderwebs and centipedes :) to pump out moldy water and install a new sump pump. I was even out of town and he worked with my adult daughter to coordinate install and even sent me photos when it was done. I also appreciated how he went over each different type of pump I could buy & educated me about the pros/cons/price of each. It's a fairly complex install but Matt took on the task and did a great job. He put down covers and plastic on the floors and carpet to make sure he left my home almost cleaner than when he arrived. We had Aqua Wizards out to give us a quote on some plumbing work we were hoping to add to our home (plumbed in basement bathroom, range gas line added, and some reconfiguring in our primary suite). The estimator was very kind and knowledgable. The quote came back to be super, crazy, high compared to the competing bids. At that point, it was obvious that we should have just been told that the work was out of their scope. Our water heater overflowed last night. I called Aqua Wizards first thing this morning. Jason was quick to answer and said he could have his team out to take a look this morning. It started out being what seemed like a simple installation but turned into every little thing going wrong. Jason was always very informative in a very calm and honest way. These guys deserve 10 stars. I've been an insurance agent for 34 years for the largest insurer of homes in the U.S. since 1964. I've dealt with thousands of claims and hundreds of service providers. I've seen the full spectrum. Aqua Wizards performed work for me resulting from a worn out faucet that led to plumbing upgrades throughout my house - all 3 levels. I dealt with Terry; a master plumber. I advised him I'm of the perfectionistic/OCD ilk. I'm known as a difficult person to please. I told him my desire was when the work was completed I wanted it to appear that they hadn't even been in my house. Terry listened, advised, and delivered with flying colors! He's beyond knowledgeable, patient, and was proactive in suggesting risk management recommendations going forward without coming across as pushy. I've been around too long to fall for BS sales upgrades anyway, but as I'm wont to do, I cross referenced his advice with other professionals I know. They all concurred with him. Terry oversaw, participated in, and completed all of the work in the promised time frame. It required him working late on a Friday. He was in no rush. He wouldn't leave until he walked me through a full inspection of everything, making sure all was to my satisfaction. Who the hell does that nowadays! I had no water for days, I had home warranty plumbers come and treat me like trash. I was at my wits end and contacted Jason. He texted back and said Jill would call me the very next day. Jill called me, she was so kind. She got me scheduled the next day. Terry came to my house around 10:15-10:30 or so and he was there ALL DAY! First of all, I texted Jason late Tuesday night. I had been without water except cold water running in bathrooms. So i texted Jason he said Jill would contact me Wednesday. Jill called me and i was nearly in tears at this point. I had other plumbers here from my Home Warranty Service. They were all AWFUL!!! Jill got me set up for an estimate the very next morning! She was amazing!! Terry came Thursday, it took a LONG LONG time for him to figure my issue out. He is as literally at my home from 1030 ish until almost 5!!!! Told me what we could do after he figured out the issue. It baffled everyone. He gave me my options. I was in tears all day and preparing to hear $10,000. His quote to fix what needed to be fixed was under $2,000 and I almost hugged him. No hugging, covid. So i tapped his shoulder and said yes yes yes please fix it so i can finally shower. I told him being a pioneer woman isn’t for me haha! So from there, Terry told me Jason would be coming over with an install crew shortly. I was shocked, they were going to help me in one day. Jason and Brandon then came over and I’m a talker, he likes to talk so I finally said go to work, I’ll leave you alone until later. Got him a Pepsi and they went to work. They had to cut some sheet rock to re plumb a certain area. But they did it and it was awesome! They were here ALL DAY LONG. They were so kind to me. SO KIND!!!! I had dealt with the worst plumbers from my home warranty. No one could figure this out. But Aqua Wizards-Terry and Jason. Wow. Just WOW! They fit me in when they were so full, they heard the emotion in my voice and that i was about to break. Between Jason, Jill and Terry, they fixed my issue!!!!! Within 38 hours of contacting them!!! We live in Andover and use well water. Our water is rusty and undrinkable. The water turns our laundry, dishes, sinks, bathtubs, and toilets orange. When our water softener quit working, the problem got even worse! Now, we had an orange film floating on top of the water in our tubs and washing machine. We visited a plumber in our area and were skeptical whether he could fix our problem because when we asked about a warranty, he didn’t offer one. When we got home we started searching online and reading reviews. We came across Aqua Wizards and were impressed by what we saw in their reviews. When we called Aqua Wizards to set up an appointment, Jill the receptionist, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Jason, the owner of Aqua Wizards, came out and took a sample of our water to be analyzed at two different labs. When the results came in, he came back out and met with us to explain the different types of water purification systems he had to offer. Jason does guarantee his work and products! Arsenic, copper, and tanins were found in our water, so we chose the top of the line system and the work began. Jason and his crew worked steadily for three days to finish our installation before Christmas. All members of the Aqua Wizards team were professional and hardworking! Needed an urgent faucet replacement during the Christmas week. Jason was friendly and assured me on the phone his company would be able to come out on the same day to assess and diagnose/repair. There was a minor mixup the next day as to when the actual installation would be scheduled but a quick conversation with Jason fixed everything within minutes and all went fine. Terry came to our home and replaced the upstairs bathroom sink faucets and the downstairs shower diverter, and they both look better than on the day we moved in to our house!
