I have been using this company for a number of years now to transport my motorcycle back and forth from the repair shop in California. Their prices are very reasonable, and the bikes have always been treated very well, no unexplained bangs, dings, or damage or lost parts to worry about.They are fairly fast too, it won't take a month to go cross country, they basically get to the job and keep on it until the bike is delivered.When they drop the bike back off to me, they unload it, unpack it, dust it off and it's sitting there essentially ready for me to swing a leg and take off on if I wish.Highly recommend them.

Federal may not be the cheapest but they are defintely the best motorcycle transport company. Their use of enclosed trailers and pallets is a huge benefit; the bike stays tied down on its pallet and is moved by forklifts when needed, eliminating risk of damage. If you value your bike, Federal is the only choice.

My dad and I were nine days into a 16-day motorcycle tour across the country when he had a heart attack. We spent the next several days at the University of Connecticut Medical Center. It was clear we wouldn't be able to finish the tour. The priority was getting my dad safely back home. I now also had two motorcycles almost 3000 miles from Utah where we live. I had spent an entire day trying to track down, purchase, or rent a motorcycle trailer for two bikes and something to pull it with. However, in rural Connecticut, my options were limited. I was eventually referred by Danbury Harley Davidson to Judy at Federal Motorcycle Transport. Judy patiently listened as I shared my situation with her. She demonstrated empathy and kindness when the stress of the situation caused me to get emotional during the call, and when she asked if she and her colleague could pray for my dad... her prayers were felt. I spent hours searching for a solution, and then I found Judy. Judy took care of everything. I had made arrangements to leave our bikes at Danbury Harley Davidson so I could fly back to Utah with my dad once he was released from the hospital. Judy took over from there. She made sure the bikes were picked up and kept me posted with daily updates, letting me know where our bikes were at the end of each day until they were safely returned to us. Stranded on the East Coast, running out of options, and concerned for my dad in the hospital - Judy's kindness that day left a lasting impression on me. I hope to never be in a situation like this again. However, I would 100% use Federal Motorcycle Transport again, and ask for Judy.
