Highly recommend this gym! It's a super welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Any and all skill levels can do Crossfit and that is especially evident here. Sierra and the other coaches are really good at helping you adapt to what you're able to do and get a really good workout. I also feel like I'm getting stronger and more capable every class, as Sierra is great at pushing you just the right amount :) . Even in a larger class you feel like you are getting personalized attention. Lots of variety of workouts and movements in classes.

I am having the most fun working out at Elm City CrossFit! I can’t say enough good things about Sierra (the owner & head coach). She is super welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating, and helpful. Also is very passionate about CrossFit in general and seeing everyone improve! There’s a really strong sense of community, which is especially great when living in a little town, and every member I’ve met is so supportive! All the coaches will push you to be better, but meet you where you’re at with scalable workout options. All levels and abilities and great mix of class times. As a washed up ex athlete who has never been less in shape than when I joined a month-ish ago, ECCF is already helping me feel stronger and have fun working out again. Thank you Sierra & Diane for creating the best atmosphere!!

I have been coming here for over a year now, and it has been amazing and continues to be the best CrossFit gym in the area! Everyone is so friendly, I don't feel stressed or pressured when working out. There is a "come as you are" attitude that welcomes any fitness level and the atmosphere and people manifest a safe and comfortable environment. In addition, the owner takes the time to get to know and invest herself in all the members! The gym itself is well lit and tidy. In the entry there's a kitchenette and bathroom, seating area, and water bottle fill-up station in addition to the cubby area. The app they use for check-in, work outs, and tracking is very convenient with a modern design that is better than any of the others I have tried. Overall, Elm City Crossfit exceeds expectations and creates a friendly, inclusive environment for anyone looking to start, continue, or drop-in their fitness journey.

I have been to several gyms throughout the years as I work towards my fitness pursuits, and this CF community, and top notch coaching, are what is set it apart from all the rest!! I never had a real desire to compete, but I have the true pleasure of partnering with a real powerhouse (thanks KG :) and our strengths combined with Sierra’s technical and supportive coaching led us to place at ECCF’s first (annual!!) competition. I have learned more about how I can use CrossFit to complement my fitness goals and feel more confidant than ever as I take on lifts and skills without fear (even if they get a lil heavy :) I encourage anyone, any age, any fitness level to come try it out for a class or two. If anything, you will meet some great supportive people and probably a thing or two about how fun fitness can be and how great you will feel, after!! 💕💪🏼💕
